Obituary: Brian Herrick

Brian Donald Herrick, age 73, of Rhinelander, died February 19, 2016 at the St. Claire's Hospital in Weston. Brian was born  November 22, 1942 in Wisconsin Rapids to Donald and Agnes(Bauer)Herrick.

Brian grew up in Waukesha and after finishing school he joined the U.S. Navy. He served 8 years with the Navy and then continued with the National Guard. On July 25, 1970 he married Janet Laddusire in Rhinelander. They enjoyed 45 years of marriage and the raising of their three sons. During that time Brian was employed by Printpack (Daniels) Pkg for 35 years, retiring in 2004. As the boys were growing up he served as Boy Scout Leader for many years.

Brian is survived by his wife Janet of Rhinelander; his three sons Timothy (Dorianne) Herrick of Waukesha, James (Jenn) Herrick of Chippewa Falls and Michael (Amy) Herrick of Waukehsha; his grandchildren Liliana, Damien and Zaara Herrick; his sister Judy (Wes) Sodemann of Dousman; nieces, nephews, other family and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and a favorite aunt, Isabelle Hodges.
