L&M Fleet Supply to open store in Rhinelander

L&M Fleet Supply has announced it is leasing the former Shopko building in Rhinelander. The store is expected to open next spring. Star Journal photo.

Supply headquartered in Grand Rapids, Minn., has announced it will open its 11th retail store in that location.

Additionally, the company acquired former Shopko sites in Marquette and Escanaba, Mich. The Rhinelander store is expected to open spring, 2022.

The company was founded in 1959 and is privately owned and operated by third generation owners, according to a company press release, and has grown to now include eight stores in northern Minnesota and two in northern Wisconsin.

L&M stores feature 14 departments including outdoor power equipment sales and service, fishing and marine, hunting and firearms, workwear and fashion clothing and footwear, automotive, farm and pet and home improvement.
