Hodag Highlights: Boys celebrate conference title, hand out postseason awards

The Rhinelander High School boys basketball team held their season-ending banquet Sunday, March 8. The team celebrated their conference championship, the third in a row for Rhinelander. Jatyn Barkus was named Mr. Hustle and Mr. Defense. He received the Hodag Award and was a team captain. Devon Feck was named the Great Northern Conference Player of the Year, team MVP, Hodag Award and team captain. Evan Shoeder won the Windex Award, Hodag Award and team captain. Rowan Wiczek also received the Mr. Defense Award, Abe Gretzinger received the Mr. Hustle Award and Connor Rappley was named Most Improved.
