The Rhinelander High School varsity girls basketball team fell behind by seven points at halftime and ended up losing Tuesday’s Great Northern Conference contest at Medford, 50-41.
Kaly Kostrova led the Hodags with a game-high 25 points. Kenedy Van Zile added seven points.
The loss dropped RHS to 3-4 overall and 1-2 in the GNC. The Hodags next play in a two-day holiday tournament Dec. 28-29 in Superior.
