The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office has announced information pertaining to the release of a sex offender into the county.
Richard Duellman, 40, was released from prison April 17 and extradited to Minnesota. He returned to Wisconsin April 27 and will be moving to Rhinelander May 11 and living at 5289 Sycamore Rd., Rhinelander. Oneida was his county of residence at the time of his conviction. Duellman will be supervised by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections until April 24, 2023.
He was convicted December 2013 of child enticement in Price County, June 2014 of exposing a child to harmful materials in Clark County, and April 2018 of soliciting a child in Mille Lacs County, Minn.
According to Oneida County, Duellman met minor females online, and met some of them in person and sexually assaulted them. He exposed himself to some of the females online and solicited nude photos from them.
Duellman will be on the Intensive Supervision Program and will be subject to lifetime GPS monitoring. He will be required to register with the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry (www.widocoffenders.org) Program for life.
