The man killed in an Oneida County ATV accident Saturday has been identified as Piotr Tomaszewski, 50, of Illinois.
A male passenger injured in the accident was transported by ambulance to the hospital has been identified as Maciej Turek, 56, of Illinois.
On Saturday, Sept. 1,shortly after 5 p.m., the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call of an ATV accident on Spring Drive in the Town of Stella. The ATV was reportedly traveling on Spring Drive when it left the roadway and struck a tree. The incident remains under investigation.
