RHS team wins ‘Business Jeopardy’ competition

RHINELANDER – A team of students from Rhinelander High School and one from Lakeland Union High School took home first place in the recent Business Jeopardy competition during the recent High School Competition Day at Nicolet College.

During the event students put their accounting, business management, marketing, interviewing and Microsoft Office skills to the test.

Winning team members were, left to right, William Rutkowski, Samuel Rutkowski, Kayley Huss, Lakeland Union High School, Koldyn Gechas, Colton Lehman, and Hunter St. Louis.

Nearly 200 students from nine different high schools took part in High School Competition Day, designed to give students a chance to explore careers and get a feel for Nicolet to see if it would be right for them. Students selected their area of competition from a slate of 10 different academic programs.
