Second COVID-19 booster available at OCHD

For the Star Journal

Oneida County Health Department  is hosting a pop-up second booster clinic 9 a.m.-4 p.m. today, April 6, and tomorrow, April 7 for people who qualify.

No appointments are required.

Eligible individuals for second boosters must have received their first booster dose at least four months ago and meet one of the following criteria:

• Over 50 years old

• 12 years old or older with certain immunocompromised conditions

• Between 18-49 years old and have received the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine as their primary series does and booster dose.

Booster appointments after the April 6 and 7 pop up clinic should be scheduled online at https://bookochd.timetap.com/#/. Those with no  access to the internet should call 715-401-4150.
