Sensational scarecrows

Third place and a $100 prize went the CT’s Deli team for creating “Reservations Required.”

These Packers scarecrows took second place and a $200 prize to Jaxson, Brooklynn and Alayna Kramer.

Hanson’s Garden Village announced the winners of its annual scarecrow contest. The event is held in conjunction with the Fall Fest, which attracted more than 1,000 people.

Many local businesses, individuals, nonprofit organizations and school clubs participated in the fest held Oct. 23.

First place winner of the scarecrow contest is “Rapunzel,” and Tammie Kubiak and Trisha Milender; second place, “Packers – Go Pack,” and Jaxson, Brooklynn and Alayna Kramer; third place went to “Reservations Required,” and CT’s Deli.
