Eligible Oneida County residents age 60 and older (55 and older for Native Americans) are encouraged to apply for vouchers worth $25 for use at local certified farmers’ markets to purchase fresh, locally grown fruits, vegetables and herbs.

The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Oneida County (ADRC) is distributing the vouchers to qualifying older residents.  Eligible residents will receive $25 worth of vouchers, per household, to use at any certified farmers market. To qualify you must be an Oneida County resident age 60 or older with a monthly household income of $1,986 or less for one person or $2,686 for two people.

Senior Farmers Market Voucher applications are available by calling the ADRC at 715-369-6170.  Applications may be filled out on-site 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. or will be mailed to interested parties and must be completed in full and returned to the ADRC by mail or in person to receive vouchers.

The AADRC is located at 100 W Keenan St, Rhinelander, across from Trig’s grocery.

Quantities of vouchers are limited and available on a first-come first-served basis.  For more information, call the ADRC of Oneida County at 715-369-6170 or toll-free at 800-699-6704.  Please call before traveling to their Rhinelander office to ensure availability.
