Obituary: Alex Denton
Alex Patrick Denton, age 28 of Rhinelander, died July 3, 202,1 in Fort Drum, N.Y. He was born Oct. 7, 1992, in Rhinelander to Patrick Denton and Brenda Dickinson.
Alex joined the Army in January 2020, serving as an infantry man in 2-14 Delta Company. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Brenda and Kenneth Dickinson; father, Patrick Denton; sisters, Brittney, Hailey, Grace and Hope; two nieces; other family and friends.
Alex was preceded in death by his uncle, Mark Wilmot; grandfather Gordon Molzner; grandparents, Virginia and John Denton. A funeral service was held Friday, July 23, at Carlson Funeral Home. (Carlson Funeral Home)
