An arrest has been made in connection with the Oneida County death of Hannah Miller last week.

The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigations arrested Seth A. Wakefield, 24, of Rhinelander Friday. Wakefield is charged with being party to the crime of first degree intentional homicide and conspiracy to commit first degree intentional homicide.

Hannah R. Miller, 26, of Rhinelander was found dead of a gunshot wound on River Bend Road in the town of Pelican, near U.S. 8 east June 30. Law enforcement is continuing to search for the suspect, Christopher Terrell Anderson. Miller and Anderson had a domestic relationship and have a child together. The child is staying with family.

Christopher Terrell Anderson

Anderson, 30, is Black, 5-feet 10-inches tall, 245 pounds and also goes by DJ Bravo or Bravo. Newly released photos show a tattoo of an owl on Anderson’s chest, letters G.M.F.B on the top of his right hand and his left hand has a Celtic skull with a halo.

One of two vehicles, a white PT Cruiser, which Anderson was believed to be driving has been located. The Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance from the public to locate the second vehicle, a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander, Wisconsin license plate number AJR 9672, though the plate may have been changed.

Anyone with information on the location of Anderson or the vehicle should call 715-361-5201.
