John “Jack” Warren Smith, age 92 of Rhinelander, died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020, at Ascension St. Mary’s Hospital in Rhinelander. He was born Sept. 15, 1928, in Rhinelander to Gene Carl Smith and Phyllis (Reed) Smith.

Jack is survived by his daughters, Sandy (Bob) Ohm of Sheboygan, Teresa (Dave) Jensen of Rhinelander; son, Patrick (Debbie) Smith of Rhinelander; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; brother, Larry Smith of Sheboygan; other family and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie; sisters, Janet Dunham and Judy Cagle; granddaughter Michelle Ohm; and great-granddaughter, Gia Jensen.
