FROM THE ONEIDA COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT: July 28, 2020, OCHD has been notified of four new people who tested positive for COVID-19. The four people who tested positive are self-isolating, one person who was self-isolating is now hospitalized and one person was released from self-isolation today.
