Monday, June 1

Tuesday, June 2

Christopher A. Romel, Three Lakes, charged with OWI (5th or 6th), battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement, disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing. Cash bond set at $1,000 and surety bond set at $4,000. AIA June 22.
Ronald J. Moras Jr., Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (5th or 6th). Charges of operating while revoked, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating w/PAC and operating with restricted controlled substance are dismissed. WHS/POP two years; six months in jail with four days credit; fined $2,010; driver’s license revoke/IID three years.
David J. McCone, Antigo, pleads guilty to throwing/discharging bodily fluid at officer; charges of battery or threat to judge/prosecutor/law enforcement, disorderly conduct are dismissed but read in. WHS/POP three years.
Steven D. Moes, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of operating without a valid license. Fined $150.
Jason M. Yonker, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to operating while revoked. DEJ. Review hearing Feb. 28, 2021.

Wednesday, June 3

David J. Raith, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Signature bond set at $150. AIA July 20.
Kyle L. Kraak, Rhinelander has charge of possession of narcotic drugs dismissed following fulfillment of agreement.
Joshua A. Gurneau, Lac du Flambeau, has charges of false imprisonment and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse dismissed.

Monday, June 8

Melissa J. Hoffman, Rhinelander, charged with IID tampering/failure to install and operating while revoked. Signature bond set at $500. AIA Aug. 10.
Leeanna J. Leisure, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor. Cash bond set at $750. AIA June 15.
Whitney D. Hensley, Minocqua, charged with child abuse-intentionally cause harm. Signature bond set at $5,000/ AIA July 6.
Brandon Martin Wanty, Rhinelander, enters into DPA on charge of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse-threat. Review hearing Nov. 30.
Kevin T. Cibulka, Eagle River, has charge of child abuse-recklessly cause harm dismissed.

Tuesday, June 9

Ryan M. Garza, Rhinelander, charged with criminal damage to property, bail jumping-felony, batter/domestic abuse. Signature bond set at $5,000. AIA July 6.
Brandon J. Jennik, Minocqua, charged with burglary-building or dwelling. Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA June 15.
Kyle A. Staehle, Tomahawk, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of retail theft-intend concealment. Fined $114.50; restitution paid, $119.79.
Randall G. Buckingham, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to retqail theft-intentionally take (>$500-$5,000). Resisting or obstructing charge is dismissed. WHS/POP one year, ordered to pay $651.77 plus surcharge for restitution.
Franklin August Saal III, Hazelhurst, pleads guilty/no contest to possession of methamphetamine. Charges of bail jumping-felony and possession of methamphetamine are dismissed. WHS/POP two years; fines and fees, $518.
Richard M. Breitenbach, Oshkosh, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of operating without a valid license. Fined $150.10.

Wednesday, June 10

Joel D. Hughes, Phelps, charged with possession of cocaine/repeater. Cash bond set at $500. PH set for June 26.
Saxon T. Henry, Appleton, pleads guilty/no contest to disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and bail jumping-felony. WHS/POP three years. Charges of strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse was dismissed; charge of battery/domestic abuse DRI.

Thursday, June 11

Jacob A. Kuehn, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked and bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set at $500. AIA July 6.

Friday, June 12

Sarah F. Geisler, Minocqua, charged with possession of methamphetamine and bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set at $5,000. PH July 10.
Jay W. Lloyd, Rhinelander, charged with battery by prisoner. Signature bond set at $1,000. PH June 26.
Shawndell L. Smith, Rhinelander, pleads guilty to battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement; criminal damage to property, multiple counts of  bail jumping-felony; disorderly conduct/domestic abuse, violate/harassment restraining order; operating while revoked, operating with restricted controlled substance (second); carrying a concealed weapon. Multiple charges of bail jumping-felony, disorderly conduct/domestic abuse, knowingly violating a domestic abuse order or injunction, possession of THC, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia are DRI. Amanda M. Holm, Rhinelander, charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine. Signature bond set at $5,000. AIA June 19.
Kristin A. Riess, Elcho, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of operating without a valid license. Fined $150.
Nichole A. Sloniker, Marshfield, has charge of drive or operate vehicle without consent dismissed.

Tuesday, June 16

Renee L. Fedel, Harshaw, pleads guilty/no contest to two amended counts of possession of THC. Fines/costs $579.
Tammy P. Mann, Wabeno, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of operating without a valid license; IID tampering is dismissed. Fined $350.
Laura C. Radtke, Johnsburg, Ill., has charges of operating while revoked and IID tampering dismissed following fulfillment of agreement.
Damian M. Snow, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to bail jumping-misdemeanor, battery and disorderly conduct; enters into DPA on charge of strangulation and suffocation; charges of operating without a valid license and false imprisonment are dismissed. WHS/POP two years; 45 days in jail imposed/stayed; costs and fines, $929. Review hearing June 13, 2022.
Emil K. Busse, Boulder Junction, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (fifth or sixth); charge of operating with PAC is dismissed. WHS/POP 30 months, DL revocation/IID three years; eight months in jail with Huber and two days credit, fines and costs $2,035.75.
Lewis J. Mann, Minocqua, pleads guilty/no contest to battery/domestic abuse and bail jumping-misdemeanor; charge of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse is dismissed. Five months in jail with 92 days credit.
Brianne L. West Calabrese, Lac du Flambeau, enters into DPA on charges of IID tampering and operating while revoked. Review hearing June 21, 2021.
Juwan L. Washington, Rhinelander, enters into DPA on charges of battery and disorderly conduct. Review hearing March 15, 2021.
Tanya M. Manninen, Tomahawk, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of disorderly conduct/municipality. Fined $263.50.
Steven M. Radtke, Rhinelander, enters into DPA on charge of criminal trespass to dwelling; charge of criminal damage to property is DRI; charge of disorderly conduct is dismissed. Review hearing June 21, 2021.
Crystal Marie King, Lac du Flambeau, has charge of IID tampering dismissed.
Chance H. Bauknecht, Three Lakes, has charge of operating while revoked dismissed.

Wednesday, June 17

David L. Lanke, Rhinelander, charged with second degree sexual assault/unconscious victim and third degree sexual assault. Cash bond set at $10,000. AIA June 25.
Karla M. Crowell, Rhinelander, has charge of retail theft dismissed following fulfillment of agreement.
Cory J. Volkening, Rhinelander, is sentenced on revocation for disorderly conduct to 90 days in jail with 90 days credit and for resisting or obstructing an officer to seven months in jail with 84 days credit with Huber. Entitled to statutory good time.
Amy L. Koehler, Wausau, enters into PDA on charge of possession of THC (second offense or more). Review hearing Dec. 14.

Thursday, June 18

Shaw A. Christensen, Aberdeen, Wash., charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA June 25.
Matthew J. Woyak, Minocqua, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. Signature bond set at $1,500. AIA July 13.
Aaron M. Zacharias, Three Lakes, charged with battery or threat to Judge, prosecutor or law enforcement and disorderly conduct. Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA July 6.

Friday, June 19

John A. Renn, Gleason, has charge of take and drive vehicle without consent dismissed following fulfillment of agreement.
Maric M. Torres, Eagle River, charged with disorderly conduct and strangulation and suffocation. Signature bond set at $5,000. PH Aug. 6.
Christopher M. Kirkwood, Waupun, charged with delivering illegal articles to an inmate/PTAC. AIA July 13.
