JWMS students rise to virtual school challenge

James Williams Middle School has announced its 2020 COVID-19 Virtual Schooling Excellence Awards. The following students were nominated by staff for rising to the challenges of switching to virtual learning during these unprecedented times. They have been diligent with their studies and conscientious in their communication with teachers.

Sixth grade:

Brody Allen, Benjamin Baumgardner, Hunter Bell, Eric Berger, Violet Biolo, Chase Bishop, Ryan Foley, Jackson Fuss, Hunter Gurskey, Emma Houg, Blake Kjos, Addison Miller, Ben Olson, Lauren Paquette, Blake Petroff, Carlie Pudlowski, Breleigh Robinson, Caden Sieker, Dylan Shefveland, Kade Tessman, Teagan Turcotte, and Claire Yunkers.

Seventh grade:

Makinzie Arneson, Marshall Barlowski, Tanner Bricco, Sariah Cover, Olivia Fleury, Kiera Hartzke, Carlie Jahn, Alicia Lentine, Aiden Ostermann, Iain Rumney, Devon Schlieder, Evan Wanta, and Kelsey Winter.

Eighth grade:

Lukas Alsteen, Joey Belanger, Blade Burke, Shayla Coppenger, Hailey Gabor, Daray Hawes, Gabriel Hidy, Brett Holtz, Alycea Kussman, Ben Lyon, Lizzy Merkel, Logan Miller, Kaeden Pillar, Brooke Schroeder, Alyssa Smits, Christian Swanson, Morgan Van Zile, Isaiah Willoughby, and Kelsey Yunkers.
