Coronavirus testing, cases update

As of April 23, northern Wisconsin counties are reporting:

Oneida —Six positive tests, 265 negative tests, zero deaths
(Five have been released from isolation, one remains in self-isolation; none hospitalized)
POPULATION: 35,345

Vilas —Four positive tests, 110 negative tests, zero deaths;
POPULATION: 21,593

Forest – Zero positive tests, 37 negative tests, zero deaths;
POPULATION: 9,018

Florence — Two positive tests, 16 negative tests, zero deaths;
POPULATION: 4,337

Price — One positive test, 65 negative tests, zero deaths;
POPULATION: 13,490

Iron — Two positive tests, 33 negative tests, one death;
POPULATION: 5,715

Lincoln — Zero positive tests, 147 negative tests, zero deaths;
POPULATION: 27, 848

Langlade — Zero positive tests, 78 negative tests, zero deaths; POPULATION: 19,164

In Wisconsin:

• 5,052 positive tests (+207 from 4/22/20)

• 51,546 negative tests (+1,954 from 4/22/20)

• 257 deaths (+11 from 4/22/20)

• 1,318 hospitalizations (+16 from 4/22/20 or 26%)
