Julian D. Snyder, Rhinelander, charged with four counts of neglecting a child, manufacture/deliver THC (<=200g) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Signature bond set at $5,000. AIA April 6.
Hans L. Zinsmeister, Rhinelander, charged with criminal damage to property and battery or threat to law enforcement, prosecutor or judge, false imprisonment, strangulation and suffocation, disorderly conduct and battery. Cash bond set at $2,500. AIA March 27.

James H. Branam, pleads guilty/no contest to disorderly conduct/domestic abuse, bail jumping-misdemeanor and two counts of bail jumping-felony; enters into PDA on charges of possession of illegally obtained prescription, retail theft-intentionally take (<=$500)/PTAC, bail jumping; charges of strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse, bail jumping-misdemeanor, fraud on gas station, bail jumping-misdemeanor are DRI.
Benjamin M. Somers, Tomahawk, pleads guilty/no contest to bail jumping-felony; charge of resisting or obstructing an officer and a second charge of bail jumping-felony were dismissed. Sentenced imposed and stayed, 94 days in jail with 94 days credit.

Andrew J. Koch, Woodruff, has charge of battery/domestic abuse dismissed following fulfillment of agreement.
Dee W. Roberts, Rhinelander, enters into six-month DPA on charge disorderly conduct/domestic abuse.
Jeffrey R. Briggs, Rhinelander, has charges of strangulation and suffocation, aggravated battery-elderly and disorderly conduct dismissed.
