Monday, February 17
Robert A. Johnson, Thunder Bay (Ontario, Canada), charged with bail jumping and disorderly conduct. Cash bond set at $5,000. Preliminary hearing Mar. 5.
Brady T. Ross, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct. Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA Mar. 16.
Randall J. Baenen, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (3rd). Signature bond set for $5,000. AIA Mar. 16.
Zachary P. Elenbaas, Iron River (Mich.), DPA for retail theft (<=$500)-misdemeanor (set on Feb. 14, 2019) has been fulfilled. Charge was dismissed.
Jasmine M. Lariviere, St. Germain, DPA for disorderly conduct-misdemeanor and battery-misdemeanor (set on Nov. 4, 2019) has been fulfilled. Charges were dismissed.

Tuesday, February 18
Thomas M. Bretz, Phelps, pleads no contest to bail jumping-felony. DEJ 12 months. Review hearing Feb. 8, 2021. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor and possession of narcotic drugs-felony were dismissed.
Ash-Lyn Thoms, Lac du Flambeau, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 6 months and fined $443.
Daniel J. Wimmer, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of OWI (4th)-felony. Sentenced to local jail 60 days (jail credit 111 days), WHS/POP 3 years, IID 12 months, DOT license revocation 3 years, alcohol assessment and fined $625.75. Amended charges of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor, IID tampering-misdemeanor, operating while revoked-misdemeanor and operating with PAC (4th)-felony were dismissed. Also pleads guilty/no contest to battery (domestic abuse-infliction of injury)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 1 year and fined $443. Charge of bail jumping-felony was dismissed but read in.
Ryan L. Willey, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of disorderly conduct (cause disturbance)-forfeiture. Fined $263.50. Charge of resisting an officer-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Matthew K. Kummer, Minocqua, charges of contempt of court-misdemeanor, failure to maintain sex offender registry-felony, knowingly failing to notify school of sex offender status (1st offense)-misdemeanor, two counts of registered sex offender photographing a minor without consent-felony, 10 counts of possession of child pornography-felony were dismissed due to federal indictment/federal warrant.
Samantha M. Stevens, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of disorderly conduct (cause disturbance)-forfeiture. Fined $263.50.
Chad J. Babl, Rhinelander, charge of operating while revoked-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Robert L. Johnson Jr., Eagle River, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of disorderly conduct (cause disturbance)-forfeiture. Fined $114.50.
Jesse J. Armstrong, Lac du Flambeau, DPA for bail jumping-misdemeanor set for 9 months. Review hearing Nov. 16.

Wednesday, February 19
Christopher W. Cousins, Lancaster, DEJ for manufacturing/delivering THC (<=200g)-felony (set on July 19, 2016, has been fulfilled. Charge was dismissed.
Megan K. Steele, Three Lakes, WHS/POP for bail jumping-misdemeanor (set on Mar. 15, 2019) has been revoked. Sentenced to local jail 99 days-time served.
Lawrence J. Giesfeldt Jr., Harshaw, charges of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor and substantial battery (intend bodily harm)-felony were dismissed.
Richard C. Hoffman, Wausau, pleads guilty/no contest to retail theft <=$500 (PTAC)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 1 year, restitution of $880.71 and fined $256.07.
Joshua L. Stamper, Rhinelander, DPA for criminal damage to property (domestic abuse-infliction of injury)-misdemeanor, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-infliction of injury)-misdemeanor and battery (domestic abuse-infliction of injury)-misdemeanor set for 3 months. Review hearing May 18.
Lorissa A. Ensign, Rhinelander, pleads guilty to amended charge of possession of THC-misdemeanor. Fined $673.50. Charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor was dismissed.

Thursday, February 20
William M. Bryk, Woodruff, extradition hearing. Cash bond set at $3,000. AIA Feb. 25.
Victoria W. McFadden, Rhinelander, DPA for disorderly conduct (set on Aug. 19) has been fulfilled. Charge was dismissed.

Friday, February 21
Meng Lor, Wausau, WHS/POP for possession with intent-amphetamine (<=3g)-felony (set on Sept. 6) has been revoked. Sentenced to WSP 2 years (jail credit 271 days) and extended supervision 2 years.
Ryan C. Castillo, Pelican Lake, pleads guilty/no contest to two amended charges of operating without carrying a license-forfeiture. Fined $250.10.
