Monday, Feb. 3
Allen J. Micheau, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (3rd), resisting an officer and two counts of bail jumping. Cash bond set at $2,500. Preliminary hearing Feb. 12.
Jeffrey P. Rupert, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (5th or 6th), possession of THC and bail jumping. Cash bond set for $2,000. AIA Feb. 17.
Jenna M. Haff, Rhinelander, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (2nd+) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Signature bond set for $3,500. AIA Mar. 2.
Delano Blunt Jr., Wausau, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). Signature bond set for $500. AIA Mar. 2.
Marissa J. Carlson, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked and bail jumping. Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA Mar. 2.
Nicole J. Brownell, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct and bail jumping. Cash bond set at $10,000. AIA Feb. 7.
Rebecca M. Reed, Crandon, charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA Mar. 2.
Katherine L. Hoople, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping. Signature bond set for $1,500. AIA Feb. 7.
Edwin A. Johnson IV, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked. Signature bond set for $500. AIA Mar. 2.
Dallas L. Allen, Lac du Flambeau, charged with operating while revoked. Signature bond set for $500. AIA Mar. 2.
Brad A. Michalik, Calhoun, Ga., DPA for possession of child pornography-felony (set on Feb. 17, 2015) has been fulfilled. Charge was dismissed.
David G. Hartzke, Wisconsin Rapids, DPA for retail theft (>$500-$5000)-felony (set on Feb. 19, 2019) has been fulfilled. Charge was dismissed.
Ronald J. Schmidt, Eagle River, DPA for operating while revoked-misdemeanor (set on Mar. 21, 2019) has been fulfilled. Charge was dismissed.
James H. Branam, Rhinelander, charges of bail jumping-misdemeanor, retail theft (>$5000-$10000)-felony, receiving stolen property (>$5000-$1000 or firearm)-felony, five counts of retail theft (<=$500)-misdemeanor and five counts of receiving or concealing stolen property (<=$2500)-misdemeanor were dismissed but read in.

Tuesday, Feb. 4
Andrew J. Michalsen, Lake Tomahawk, pleads guilty to bail jumping-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 1 year and fined $443. Charge of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-threat)-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Christopher R. Thoms, Sayner, DPA for strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse)-felony and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor set for 6 months. Review hearing July 27.
John G. Johnson, Merrill, has charge of violation of restraining order dismissed.
Cassandra C. Strenz, Bessemer, Mich., pleads guilty/no contest to operating with restricted controlled substance. WHS/POP 12 months, five days in jail w/Huber, fined $1,429, driver’s license revoked 12 months.
Alyah Ashaunte Lee Wayman, Lac du Flambeau, is sentenced on revocation for theft of movable property and bail jumping-felony to 143 days in jail; time served.
Moglee M. Finch, Beaver Dam, pleads guilty/no contest to disorderly conduct. Sentenced to costs only ($443). Charge of manufacture/deliver amphetamine/conspiracy to commit is dismissed.
David G. Hartzke, Wisconsin Rapids, has charge of retail theft – intentionally take (>$500-$5,000) dismissed.

Wednesday, Feb. 5
Brandon J. Zapar, Tomahawk, charged with battery to injunction petitioner/domestic abuse, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and two counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor. Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA March 9.
Steven M. Brostowitz, Minocqua, has charge of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse dismissed following fulfillment of agreement.

Thursday, Feb. 6
Jade W. Beson, Lac du Flambeau, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of attempted shoplifting, not in excess of $1,000. Fined $263.50.

Friday, Feb. 7
Catherin J. Uhren, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct. Signature bond set at $500. AIA March 9.
Saxon T. Henry, Appleton, charged with battery, disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and two counts of bail jumping-felony. Cash bond set at $250. AIA Feb. 24.
Steven M. Brostowitz, Minocqua, has charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor dismissed.
Charles R. Voldarski, Ontonagon, Mich., has charge of OWI (3rd) dismissed.
