Stacey L. Saglin, Lac du Flambeau, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (2nd with passenger <16 years old)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to local jail 42 days-consecutive, DOT license revocation 26 months, IID 26 months and fined $1,913. Also pleads guilty/no contest to misappropriate ID information-felony. Sentenced to local jail 200 days-consecutive. Charges of operating while revoked-misdemeanor and resisting an officer-misdemeanor were dismissed.
Kyle F. Schultz, Janesville, pleads no contest to child abuse (intentionally cause harm)-felony. DEJ 18 months. Review hearing July 19, 2021. Also pleads guilty/no contest to disorderly conduct-misdemeanor. Fined $579. Charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor was dismissed.

Branden C. Nuelk, West Bend, pleads guilty to amended charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-forfeiture. Fined $263.50.
Susan E. Kress, Rhinelander, pleads guilty to criminal damage to property-misdemeanor. DEJ 7 months. Review hearing Aug. 10. Charge of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Zada R. Slack, Rhinelander, charge of operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years)-misdemeanor was dismissed.

Ryan M. Garza, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to bail jumping-misdemeanor, resisting an officer-misdemeanor and one count of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 2 years-concurrent, alcohol treatment or 24 hours of community service, anger management counseling and fined $929. Also pleads no contest to two counts of bail jumping-felony.
