Hands on dinosaur fossils

Mckenzie Dix poses with Kotarba and a replica woolly mammoth jaw.
Bart Kotarba of the Northwoods Wildlife Center recently made a visit to Crescent Elementary’s second grade. As a follow up to their paleontology unit, he shared his fossil collection in a hands-on presentation.
The visit was sponsored by a generous grant from the Rhinelander Woman’s Club.
