Monday, Jan. 13
Megan L. Scott, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (1st with passenger <16 years old), possession of a controlled substance and resisting an officer. Signature bond set for $1,500. AIA Feb. 10.
Amelia L. Christjohn, Rhinelander, charged with two counts of retail theft (<=$500) and two counts of bail jumping. Signature bond set for $1,500. AIA Feb. 3.
Barry F. Fones, Rhinelander, charged with rtail theft (<=$500) and operating while revoked. Signature bond set at $1,000. AIA Mar. 2.
Teresa A. Kennedy, Rhinelander, charged with attempting retail theft (<=$500), resisting an officer and disorderly conduct. Signature bond set for $3,500. PTC Mar. 3.
Jamie R. Ruetz, Rhinelander, charge of possession of THC was dismissed.
Brandon R. Young, Rhinelander, DEJ for possession with intent-schedule IV drugs-felony (set on July 31, 2018) has been fulfilled. Charge was dismissed.
Romona J. Tifft, Rhinelander, DEJ for disorderly conduct-misdemeanor (set on Feb. 1, 2019) has been fulfilled. Charge was dismissed.
Joann M. Catalano, Rhinelander, DPA for operating while revoked-misdemeanor (set on Jan. 25, 2019) has been fulfilled. Charge was dismissed.
John D. Peterson, Lac du Flambeau, pleads guilty to operating while revoked-forfeiture. Fined $150.10.

Tuesday, Jan. 14
Clayton T. Philemon, Minocqua, WHS/POP for theft of movable property (<=$2,500)-misdemeanor and operating a vehicle without consent (PTAC)-misdemeanor (set on Feb. 13, 2018) has been revoked. Sentenced to local jail 9 months-concurrent (jail credit 266 days). DEJ was amended to reflect restitution change of $10,072. Review hearing Dec. 21.
Andrew H. Moore, Rhinelander, DEJ for bail jumping-misdemeanor (set on Nov. 6, 2018) has been fulfilled. Charge was dismissed.
Isaiah A. V. Moren, Rhinelander, charge of retail theft <=$500 (repeater)-misdemeanor was dismissed but read in. Charges of battery by prisoners-felony, disorderly conduct-misdemeanor and resisting an officer-misdemeanor were dismissed.
Richard S. Loppnow, Eagle River, charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Justin S. Schmidt, Minocqua, pleads guilty to OWI (3rd)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to local jail 45 days, WHS/POP 2 years, IID 24 months, DOT license revocation 24 months and fined $1,769.75. Charge of operating with PAC (3rd)-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Michael J. Wommer, Ishpeming (Mich.), pleads guilty/no contest to resisting an officer-misdemeanor. Sentenced to local jail 10 days (jail credit 1 day), restitution of $754.09 and fined $443.
Michelle R. Skinner, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (5th or 6th)-felony. Sentenced to local jail 6 months (jail credit 2 days), WHS/POP 3 years, DOT license revocation for life and fined $2,594.75. Charges of operating with PAC (5th or 6th)-felony and bail jumping-felony were dismissed.
John F. Johnson, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to battery (domestic abuse-threat)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 6 months and fined $150. Charges of criminal damage to property-misdemeanor and disorderly conduct-misdemeanor were dismissed.
George W. Altman, Fifield, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (4th)-felony. Sentenced to local jail 1 year (jail credit 91 days), WHS/POP 3 years, DOT license revocation for life and fined $1,284. Charge of operating with PAC (4th)-felony was dismissed.

Wednesday, Jan. 15
Thomas Y. Walsh, Ashland, charged with bail jumping. Cash bond set at $250. AIA Feb. 3.
Melissa L. Higgins, Rhinelander, charged with possession of THC. Signature bond set for $500. AIA Feb. 10.
Benjamin P. Moore, Rhinelander, charged with possession of THC. Cash bond set at $500. AIA Feb. 10.
Joshua R. Floyd, Menasha, sentenced for OWI (5th or 6th)-felony (pleaded guilty/no contest on Sept. 17, 2019) to WSP 3 year and 6 months-concurrent with Winnebago case (jail credit 97 days), extended supervision 3 years-concurrent with Winnebago case, DOT license revocation for life and fined $600.
Kristine L. Ayvazzadeh, St. Germain, charges of OWI (3rd)-misdemeanor and operating with PAC (3rd)-misdemeanor were dismissed.

Thursday, Jan. 16
Paul W. Beaumont Jr., Merrill, charge of theft-business setting (special facts)-felony was dismissed.
Andrew R. Quade, Rhinelander, charge of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor was dismissed.

Friday, Jan. 17
Leah M. Lewis, Tomahawk, charged with retail theft (<=$500), possession of THC and possession of methamphetamine. Signature bond set for $1,500. Preliminary hearing Jan. 23.
Allen J. Micheau, Rhinelander, charged with strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse), battery (domestic abuse) and bail jumping. Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA Jan. 27.
Ryan T. Boze, Woodruff, charged with lewd and lascivious behavior (exposure) and resisting an officer. Signature bond set for $1,500. PTC Mar. 24.
Tammy R. Radzinski, Medford, pleads guilty/no contest to resisting an officer-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 6 months and fined $443. Charge of operating with PAC (3rd) was dismissed.
