Monday, Jan. 6
Andrew H. Moore, Rhinelander, pleads guilty to resisting an officer-misdemeanor and amended charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 2 years-concurrent and fined $686. Charge of taking and driving a vehicle without consent-felony was dismissed.

Tuesday, Jan. 7
Marie A. Sweet, Three Lakes, DPA for 12 months was set for operating while revoked-misdemeanor. Review hearing Dec. 28. Charge of theft-movable property (<=$2500)-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Michael J. Meyers, Rhinelander, pleads no contest to possession with intent-THC (<=200 grams)-felony. DEJ 12 months. Also pleads guilty/no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor. Fined $479.
Richard R. Burnett, Woodruff, pleads guilty to OWI (2nd)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to local jail 45 days (jail credit 2 days), DOT license revocation 18 months, IID 18 months and fined $1,769.75.
Amanda M. Cayo, Eagle River, pleads no contest to possession of illegally obtained prescription-misdemeanor. DEJ 1 year. Review hearing Dec. 21. Charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Scott C. Rich, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to disorderly conduct-misdemeanor. Fined $443. Charge of resisting an officer-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Tricia K. Slack, Rhinelander, pleads no contest to disorderly conduct-misdemeanor. DEJ 6 months. Review hearing July 20.
Selena S. R. Hubacher, Rhinelander, DPA set for 6 months for battery-misdemeanor.
Brianna L. Hoople, Rhinelander, pleads no contest to disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-threat)-misdemeanor. DEJ 6 months. Review hearing July 20.
Jamie K. Breivogel, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (1st with passenger < 16 years old)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to local jail 25 days (jail credit 1 day), DOT license revocation 14 months, IID 14 months and fined $1,580.75. Charge of operating with PAC-passenger <16 years old-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Patricia A. Harper, Rhinelander, DPA set for 6 months for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-infliction of injury)-misdemeanor. Review hearing July 13.
Anthony J. Comella, Eagle River, pleads guilty/no contest to two counts of bail jumping-felony. Sentenced to WHS/POP 18 months-concurrent and fined $786. Charges of resisting an officer-misdemeanor and two counts of bail jumping-felony were dismissed.

Wednesday, Jan. 8
Jarret L. Mullens, Shiocton, pleads guilty/no contest to operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to local jail 30 days-concurrent (jail credit 3 days). Also pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor. Sentenced to local jail 60 days-concurrent. Fined $686. Charge of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Cory J. Volkening, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to one count of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor and resisting an officer-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 2 years each count-concurrent and fined $443. Charges of receiving or concealing stolen property (<=$2500)-misdemeanor, one count of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor, and four counts of bail jumping-felony were dismissed.

Thursday, Jan. 9
Jeffrey R. Briggs, Rhinelander, charged with strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse, aggravated battery-elderly (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). Signature bond set for $10,000. AIA Feb. 3.
Nicolas J. Rosemark, Crandon, WHS/POP for possession of cocaine-misdemeanor (set on Dec. 11, 2018) was revoked. Sentenced to local jail 295 days-time served.
Lance R. Wilder, Tomahawk, pleads guilty/no contest to one count of operating while revoked-misdemeanor. Fined $443. Charges of bail jumping-misdemeanor and one count of operating while revoked-misdemeanor were dismissed.
Lynn M. Weiss, Tomahawk, charge of operating while revoked-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Christopher M. Sherock, Wausau, sentenced for driving vehicle without consent-felony (pleaded guilty/no contest on Nov 5, 2019) to WSP 1 year-concurrent, extended supervision 2 years-concurrent, restitution $4,235 and fined $737.
Lorissa A. Ensign, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of operating without carrying a license-forfeiture. Fined $150.10.
Rachel R. Leidel, Lake Tomahawk, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of fraudulent us of financial transaction card (<=$2500)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 12 months, community service 25 hours and restitution TBD.

Friday, Jan. 10
Sarah J. Pagel, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (3rd) and bail jumping. Cash bond set at $3,500. AIA Jan. 28.
James B. Armstrong, Minocqua, DEJ for retail theft <=$500 (PTAC)-misdemeanor (set on June 12, 2019) has been fulfilled. Charge was dismissed.
Skyler H. Sann, Rhinelander, charges of lewd, lascivious behavior (exposure)-misdemeanor and bail jumping-felony were dismissed but read in.
