Tuesday, December 10
Anthony J. Klein, Rhinelander, sentenced for possession of a controlled substance-felony (found guilty at court trial Oct. 29) to OPO/WHS 6 months, DOT license revocation 6 months and fined $973.
Angeleah S. Meyer, Rhinelander, DEJ for theft of movable property (<=$2500)-misdemeanor (set on July 16) has been fulfilled. Charge was dismissed. Also pleads guilty/no contest to bail jumping-misdemeanor. Sentenced to POP/WHS 12 months and fined $443. Charge of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Zachary T. Moyer, Rhinelander, DEJ for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-threat)-misdemeanor and battery (domestic abuse-infliction of injury)-misdemeanor (set Sept. 19) has been revoked. Sentenced to POP/WHS 12 months-concurrent and fined $686. Charges of bail jumping-misdemeanor and battery (domestic abuse) are dismissed but read in.
Barbara E. B. Beavers, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to two counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor and operating while revoked-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 2 years-concurrent (eligible for early release after 1 year) and fined $1,062. Charges of one count of bail jumping-misdemeanor, possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor and possession of a controlled substance-misdemeanor have been dismissed.
Sunny G. Oelrich, Rhinelander, charge of possession of illegally obtained prescription-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Alexx J. O’Hara, Stevens Point, pleads guilty/no contest to bail jumping-misdemeanor. Fined $443.
Timothy J. Organ, Rhinelander, pleads guilty to retail theft (<=$550)-misdemeanor. Fined $443.

Wednesday, December 11
Robyn L. Derwin, Pueblo (Colo.), charged with extradition. Cash bond set at $15,000. AIA Dec. 16.
Benjamin F. Orozco, Woodruff, charge of retail theft (<=$500)-misdemeanor was dismissed.

Thursday, December 12
Christian T. Schubbe, Marathon, charges of possession of THC-misdemeanor, operator fleeing officer (bodily harm or property damage)-felony and reckless driving (cause bodily harm)-misdemeanor were dismissed.
Jordan M. McAllister, Pelican Lake, was found not guilty at jury trial of OWI (2nd)-misdemeanor.
Anthony J. LaRose, Minocqua, sentenced for 1st degree child sex assault (sexual contact with person under age 13)-felony (pleaded guilty Sept. 24) to state prison 25 years-concurrent and extended supervision 20 years (jail credit 241 days). Also sentenced for contempt of court-misdemeanor (pleaded guilty Sept. 24) to local jail 1 year-concurrent.

Friday, December 13
Jordan M. McAllister, Pelican Lake, DEJ for battery or threat to law enforcement officer-felony (set on Dec. 21, 2018) has been fulfilled. Charge was dismissed. Status conference Jan. 27, 2020.
Kurtis S. Cline, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to resisting an officer-misdemeanor and possession of THC-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 2 years-concurrent, 50 hours of community service and fined $686. Also pleads no contest to battery or threat to a law enforcement officer-felony. DEJ 3 years. Review hearing Dec. 19, 2022.

Monday, December 16
Ryan M. Garza, Rhinelander, charged with resisting an officer, disorderly conduct and three counts of bail jumping. Cash bond set at $1,000. Waiver of preliminary hearing Dec. 20.
Katherine L. Hoople, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). Cash bond set at $300. AIA Jan. 6, 2020.
Jacob A. Scheible, Minocqua, charged with two counts of bail jumping, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and criminal damage to property. Cash bond set at $750. AIA Dec. 17.
Timothy D. Mortensen, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked-misdemeanor and pleads guilty. Fined $443.
Peter J. Walkowski, Rhinelander, DEJ for stalking-felony (set on Aug. 31, 2017) has been fulfilled. Charge was dismissed.
Jessica J. Peters, Harshaw, charge of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor was dismissed.
