Pam and Joel Wells of Rhinelander are the grand prize winners of the “Win the Window” drawing, sponsored by Downtown Rhinelander Inc. (DRI). Downtown businesses donated prizes valued at $1,000 for the Holiday Open House Weekend contest. This is the fourth year DRI has held the Win the Window promotion.
