Tuesday, November 19
Paul M. Perdue, Rhinelander, charged with possession of child pornography. Cash bond set at $5,000. AIA Dec. 9.
Joseph M. Grontiz, Rhinelander, probation for OWI (5th or 6th)-felony (set May 1, 2018) was revoked. Sentenced to state prison 15 months and extended supervision 12 months.
Brandi M. Larson, Weston, pleads guilty to resisting an officer-forfeiture. Fined $100. Charges of bail jumping-misdemeanor and bail jumping-felony were dismissed.
Shawn D. Mc Kuen, Ashland, pleads guilty to amended charge of operating without a valid license (1st)-forfeiture. Fined. $150.10
Brandon J. Brooks, Woodruff, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of possession with intent-THC (>200-1000g)-felony. Sentenced to jail time 5 months (jail credit 2 days), WHS/POP 2 years and fined $518.00 Also pleads no contest to possession of a firearm (convicted of a felony)-felony. DEJ 24 months. Review hearing Nov. 8, 2021.
Sylvia J. Krusensterna, Crandon, pleads guilty/no contest to retail theft-intentionally conceal (<=$500)-misdemeanor. Fined $439.
Tre C. Cleveland, Eagle River, pleads no contest to resisting an officer-misdemeanor and amended charge of battery-misdemeanor. DEJ 1 year. Review hearing Nov. 2, 2020.
Dylan D. Foss, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (4th)-felony. Sentenced to jail time 60 days (jail credit 2 days), WHS/POP 3 years, DOT license revocation for life and fined $2,494.75.
Travis J. Johnson, Menasha, pleads guilty/no contest to vehicle operator fleeing officer-felony. Sentenced to WHS/POP 18 months. Also pleads guilty/no contest to 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety-felony. Sentenced to state prison 2 years concurrent-imposed and stayed (jail credit 60 days), extended supervision 3 years concurrent-imposed and stayed, POP 4 years-imposed, restitution (TBD) and fined $694. Charges of possession of illegally obtained prescription-misdemeanor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle-misdemeanor were dismissed but read in.
Jennifer J. Richey, Tomahawk, pleads no contest to disorderly conduct-misdemeanor and operating while revoked-misdemeanor. DEJ 12 months. Review hearing Nov. 2, 2020.
Wednesday, November 20
Robert J. Hauser, Rhinelander, pleads guilty to possession of a controlled substance-misdemeanor, possession of methamphetamine/LSD/Psilocin-misdemeanor and possession with intent (schedule IV drugs)-felony. Sentenced to jail time 60 days-concurrent (jail credit 35 days), WHS/POP 2 years-concurrent and fined $1,004. Also pleads guilty to manufacturing/delivering schedule I, II narcotics-felony. DEJ 24 months. Review hearing Nov. 22, 2021. Charge of possession of narcotic drugs-felony was dismissed.
Thursday, November 21
Shawndell L. Smith, Rhinelander, charged with possession of THC, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and eight counts of bail jumping. Cash bond set at $5,000. AIA Nov. 26.
Karen A. Circello, Rhinelander, DPA set for 12 months for disorderly conduct-misdemeanor and throwing bodily fluid at public safety worker-felony. Review hearing Nov. 16, 2020.
Friday, November 22
Stavos G. Iliopoulos, Tomahawk, sentencing hearing for three counts found guilty by jury trial on Sept. 6. For count 1, child enticement (cause mental/bodily harm)-felony, sentenced to state prison 4 years-concurrent (jail credit 368 days) and extended supervision 3 years-concurrent. For count 2, false imprisonment-felony, sentenced to state prison 1 year-concurrent and extended supervision 2 years-concurrent. For count 3, 1st degree child sex assault (sexual contact with person under age of 13)-felony, sentenced to state prison 14 years-concurrent and extended supervision 16 years-concurrent. Also sentenced for all three counts to sex offender treatment, mental health treatment, moral reconation therapy, no contact with victim or victim’s family and cannot be in areas where children congregate. Fined $528 in court costs.
