Tuesday, Nov. 5

Zachary G. Buitron, Tomahawk, pleads guilty/no contest to disorderly conduct-misdemeanor and battery-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 2 years (concurrent), restitution (TBD) and fined $686.
Gary D. Fitzpatrick, Three Lakes, charge of operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years)-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Danielle N Thoms, Lac du Flambeau, pleads guilty/no contest to disorderly conduct/cause disturbance (PTAC)-forfeiture. Fined $263.50. Charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Bo B. Hopkins, Lac du Flambeau, pleads guilty/no contest to trespass to land-forfeiture. Fined $263.50.
Richard O. Wilson, Eagle River, pleads guilty/no contest to lewd behavior (exposure)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 12 months. Also pleads no contest to exposing child to harmful material-felony. DEJ 5 years. Review hearing Nov. 9, 2020.
William R. Zapar, Tomahawk, charges of burglary to building or dwelling-felony, criminal damage to property-misdemeanor, theft of movable property (>$2500-$5000)-felony and two counts of bail jumping-felony were dismissed but read in.
Kevin S. Moses, Three Lakes, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (2nd)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to jail time 85 days, DOT license revocation 15 months, IID 15 months, WHS/POP 2 years (concurrent) and filed $2,123.75. Also pleads guilty/no contest to bail jumping-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 2 years (concurrent). Charge of operating with PAC (2nd)-misdemeanor was dismissed. Charges of operating a firearm while intoxicated-misdemeanor, bail jumping-misdemeanor and two counts of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor were dismissed but read in.
Kimberly A. Baltus, Minocqua, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of theft-business setting ($2500-$5000)-felony. Sentenced to jail time 100 days, WHS/POP 3 years and restitution of $46,204.95.
Patrick D. Quinn, Minocqua, DPA for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor set for 6 months. Review hearing May 11, 2020.
Heather V. Kugler, Rhinelander, DPA for theft-false representation (<=$2500)-misdemeanor set for 12 months. Review hearing Oct. 12, 2020.

Wednesday, Nov. 6

Robert L. Johnson Jr., Eagle River, charged with failure to report to county jail (<10 days). Cash bond set at $500. AIA Nov. 25.
Jordan J. Thiel, Three Lakes, DPA for criminal damage to property-misdemeanor set for 12 months. Review hearing Nov. 2, 2020.

Thursday, Nov. 7

Yona Montelongo, Wisconsin Dells, charged with bail jumping-felony. Cash bond set at $2,500. PTC Nov. 14.
Caleb D. Lanke, Rhinelander, sentenced to WHS/POP 2 years (concurrent) and fined $686 for possession of harmful material (expose child)-misdemeanor and exposing genitals (child act as actor)-misdemeanor (found guilty on Oct. 7). Review hearing Nov. 9, 2020.
Philip J. Nadolski, Minocqua, pleads no contest to theft-business setting (<=$2500)-misdemeanor. DEJ 6 months. Review hearing Apr, 20, 2020.
Stephen J. Steinmetz, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of operating without a valid license (1st)-forfeiture. Fined $400.

Friday, Nov. 8

Kari A. Knauf, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct and bail jumping. Cash bond set at $150. AIA Dec. 2.
Theodore J. Peters, Harshaw, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). Cash bond set at $150. AIA Dec. 2.
Sarah J. Pagel, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (3rd). Signature bond set for $3,000. AIA Nov. 25.
Michael R. Belbot, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (3rd). Signature bond set for $5,000. AIA Nov. 25.

Monday, Nov. 11

Clark D. Bowers, Rhinelander, charges with two counts of 2nd degree sexual assault of a child (lifetime supervision of serious sex offenders). Cash bond set for $10,000. Preliminary hearing Nov. 15.
Michael D. Drewniak, Pickerel, charged with bail jumping. Cash bond set at $1,500. AIA Dec. 9.
Patricia A. Harper, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-infliction of injury). Signature bond set for $1,500. AIA Jan. 7, 2020.
Jessica J. Peters, Harshaw, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA Dec. 9.
Henry W. Mitchell, Lac du Flambeau, charged with operating while revoked and bail jumping. Signature bond set for $2,000. AIA Jan. 6, 2020.
Timothy J. Organ, Rhinelander, charged with retail theft (<=$500). Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA Dec. 10.
Christopher A. Larson, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, OWI (1st with passenger < 16 years old) and possession of THC. Signature bond set for $1,500. AIA Dec. 16.
Ryan C. Castillo, Pelican Lake, charged with operating without a valid license. Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA Jan. 13, 2020.
Edward J. Bogdan Jr., Prentice, charged with operating while revoked. Signature bond set for $500. AIA Jan. 13, 2020.
Billie J. Towne, Rhinelander, DEJ for disorderly conduct-misdemeanor (set Apr. 30) has been fulfilled, and charge was dismissed.
Alexander J. Schewe, Rhinelander, DPA for hit and run-misdemeanor and criminal damage to property-misdemeanor was set for 12 months.
Lisa M. Dietrich, Harshaw, charges of battery (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor were dismissed.
