Matthew K. Kummer, Minocqua, charged with failure to maintain sex offender registry, failure to notify school of sex offender status (1st), two counts of registered sex offender photographing minor without consent and ten counts of possession of child pornography. Cash bond set at $100,000. AIA Nov. 4.
Zachary T. Moyer, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping and battery (domestic abuse). Cash bond set for $500. AIA Nov. 11.
Rodney S. Teets Jr., Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to operating while revoked-misdemeanor. Fined $443. Charge of ignition interlock device tampering was dismissed.
Lindsey C. Maloney, Rhinelander, DEJ for bail jumping-misdemeanor, criminal damage to property-misdemeanor, disorderly conduct-misdemeanor and battery (set Apr 30) has been fulfilled. Charges are dismissed.
Kaylene F. Theobald, Lac du Flambeau, pleads no contest to possession of controlled substance-misdemeanor. DEJ 6 months. Review hearing Apr. 20, 2020.
William B. Madsen, Lake Tomahawk, pleads guilty to failure to maintain sex offender registry-felony. DEJ 12 months. Review hearing Sept. 28, 2020.
Courtney R. Wewasson, Lac du Flambeau, pleads guilty/no contest to criminal trespass to dwelling (county ordinance)-forfeiture. Fined $263.50. Charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Mason D. Gibbs, Hazelhurst, charge of operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years)-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Patsy A. St. Clair, Three Lakes, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (2nd)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to local jail 35 days (jail credit 2 days), IID 14 months, DOT license revocation 14 months and fined $1,580.75. Charge of operating with PAC (2nd)-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Jacqueline D. Gable, Rhinelander, pleads no contest to disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-infliction of injury)-misdemeanor. DEJ 12 months. Review hearing Oct. 19, 2020.
Wednesday, October 30
Erik J. Vincent, Woodruff, DEJ for battery (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor (set on Aug. 7, 2018) was revoked. Sentenced to WHS/POP 12 months and fined $443.
Thursday, October 31
Richard A. Raddatz, Eagle River, WHS/POP for sex registry violation-felony (set following jury trial on Feb. 8) was revoked. Sentenced to local jail 90 days (jail credit 77 days).
