Tuesday, September 24
Zachary C. Meiner, Minocqua, pleads guilty/no contest to operating while revoked-misdemeanor and disorderly conduct-misdemeanor. Fined $579. Charges of ignition interlock device tampering-misdemeanor and bail jumping-misdemeanor were dismissed.
Kain I. Lawfer, Minocqua, pleads guilty/no contest to bail jumping-felony (repeater) and bail jumping-misdemeanor (repeater). Sentenced to WHS/POP 3 years (concurrent) and fined $761. Charges of possession of THC-misdemeanor, disorderly conduct-misdemeanor, battery (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor, two counts of bail jumping-felony and one count of bail jumping-misdemeanor were dismissed but read in.
Deven A. Groff, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (2nd)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to local jail 5 days (1 day jail credit), ignition interlock device 13 months, DOT license revocation 13 months, alcohol assessment and fined $1,475.25. Charges of operating while revoked-misdemeanor and operating with PAC (2nd)-misdemeanor were dismissed.
Daniel M. Dornack, Hazelhurst, pleads guilty/no contest to negligent operation of a motor vehicle-misdemeanor. Sentenced to POP/WHS 12 months and fined $579.00. Charge of operating with PAC (4th)-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Derek D. Linde, Rhinelander, pleads guilty to exposing a child to harmful descriptions-felony. DEJ 18 months. Review hearing Sept. 14, 2020.
Kimber J. McKenzie, Lake Tomahawk, charge of criminal damage to property was dismissed.
Anthony J. LaRose, Minocqua, charges of strangulation and suffocation-felony, battery by prisoners-felony and disorderly conduct-misdemeanor were dismissed but read in.
Kyle D. Hanse, Tomahawk, DPA set for charge of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-threat)-misdemeanor. Signature bond set for $1,000. DPA 1 year. Review hearing Sept. 14, 2020.
Kevin A. Block, Three Lakes, pleads guilty/no contest to vehicle operator flee/elude officer-felony. Sentenced to POP/WHS 3 years and fined $654. Charges of retail theft (<=$500)-misdemeanor and two counts of possession of illegally obtained prescription-misdemeanor were dismissed.
Sage C. Birdsbill, Lac du Flambeau, pleads guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor. Fined $768.63.

Friday, September 27
Brandon C. Wollin, Minocqua, charged with battery (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). Signature bond set for $2,500. AIA Oct. 14.
David M. Hermes, Minocqua, DEJ for disorderly conduct-misdemeanor (set of Apr. 30) has been fulfilled and charge was dismissed.
Sharon F. Marchbank, Rhinelander, charge of operating while revoked-misdemeanor was dismissed.

Monday, September 30
David P. Neuroth, Minocqua, charged with disorderly conduct and bail jumping-felony. Cash bond set at $500. Preliminary hearing Oct. 3.
Michael F. Murphy, Spirit, charged with bail jumping-felony. Cash bond set at $1,000. Status conference Oct. 1.
Douglas R. Taylor Jr., Iron River (Mich.), charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA Oct. 25.
Chad C. McCallum, Minocqua, charged with resisting an officer. Signature bond set for $2,000. PTC Dec. 3.
Zada R. Slack, Rhinelander, charged with operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years). Signature bond set for $500. AIA Oct. 28.
Ryan M. Cave, Lake Tomahawk, charged with operating while revoked. Signature bond set for $500. AIA Nov. 4.
Michael R. Lemmons, Eagle River, charged with operating while revoked and OWI (3rd). Signature bond set for $2,000. AIA Oct. 28.
Tiana R. Mallory, Wisconsin Dells, charges of possession of illegally obtained prescription-misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor were dismissed.
William E. Vaughn, West Bend, pleads guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor. Fined $263.50.
Julio C. Yeste, Antigo, pleads guilty/no contest to operating without a valid license (1st violation)-forfeiture. Fined $263.50.
James A. Greenman, Eagle River, charge of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) was dismissed.
