Tuesday, September 17
Jason M. Powers, Gleason, charged with operating while revoked. Signature bond set for $500. AIA September 30.
Edmond S. Broeffle, Lac du Flambeau, pleads guilty/no contest to bail jumping misdemeanor. Fined $443. DEJ for separate count of bail jumping-misdemeanor (set on September 28, 2017 and revoked on December 21, 2018) has been dismissed.
Alyssa G. Daniels, Wabeno, probation for possession of a controlled substance-misdemeanor (set on August 5) has been revoked. Sentenced to 30 days local jail-time served.
Kurt R. Smeaton, Woodruff, pleads guilty/no contest tone count of ignition interlock device tampering-misdemeanor, two counts of operating while revoked-misdemeanor and seven counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor. Sentenced to local jail 4 months and 15 days-concurrent (63 days jail credit) and fined $828. Charges of ignition interlock device tampering-misdemeanor, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor, seven counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor, operating while revoked-forfeiture and three counts of operating while revoked-misdemeanor were dismissed but read in.
Bart R. Crowe, Lac du Flambeau, pleads guilty/no contest to one count of bail jumping-misdemeanor. Sentenced to local jail 30 days (jail credit 31 days) and fined $443. One count of bail jumping-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Ashley S. Burnett, Minocqua, pleads guilty to resisting/failing to stop-misdemeanor. Fined $443. Charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Jalen D. Roberts, Minocqua, pleads guilty/no contest to trespass to land-forfeiture. Fined $263.50.
Jeremy A. Payne, Rhinelander, pleads no contest to battery-misdemeanor. DEJ 6 months. Review hearing March 9, 2020.
Russell Peterman Sr., Elcho, charge of operating while revoked-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Thomas J. Prahl, Rhinelander, charge of operating while revoked-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Kami S. Cole, Germantown (Ohio), charges of battery (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor were dismissed.

Wednesday, September 18
Patrick R. Michel, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor, bail jumping-felony, operating while revoked and two counts of resisting an officer. Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA September 30.
Lonnie R. Richter, Rhinelander, charged with strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse), disorderly conduct and battery. Cash bond set for $500. AIA September 30.

Friday, September 20
James A. Greenman, Eagle River, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse. Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA September 30.
Henry E. Gottschalk, Hazelhurst, charge of battery or threat to officer-felony was dismissed.
Ahmadou Fofana, Euclid (Ohio), pleads guilty/no contest to disorderly conduct (county/municipality)-forfeiture. Fined $263.50.

Monday, September 23
Alexx J. O’Hara, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping-felony. Signature bond set for $2,500. Preliminary hearing October 16.
Travis J. Johnson, Menasha, charged with vehicle operator flee officer, possession of illegally obtained prescription, 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Cash bond set at $10,000. AIA October 14.
Katrina N. Eskola, Tomahawk, charged with battery and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). Cash bond set at $650. AIA October 21.
Tanya M. Turney, Lac du Flambeau, charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor, possession of THC, possession of a controlled substance and resisting an officer. Signature bond set for $1,500. AIA October 21.
John J. Donato, Rhinelander, charged with two counts of 4th degree sexual assault. Cash bond set at $3,500. AIA October 14.
Jennifer J. Richey, Tomahawk, charged with disorderly conduct and operating while revoked. Signature bond set for $1,500. AIA October 14.
