Tuesday, September 10
Guadalupe M. Zimmerman, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct. Signature bond set for $500. AIA October 21.
Richard E. P. Jorgensen, Rhinelander, WHS/POP for bail jumping-misdemeanor (set October 31, 2017) has been revoked. Sentenced to local jail 219 days (219 days jail credit). Fined $78.30.
Benjamin M. Somers, pleads guilty/no contest to manufacturing/delivering amphetamine (<=3 g)-felony. Sentenced to state prison 3 years-imposed and stayed (233 days jail credit)), extended supervision 3 years-imposed and stayed, probation 5 years and fined $176. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor, possession of methamphetamine (PATC)-felony, retail theft-misdemeanor, two counts of bail jumping-felony and two counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor were dismissed but read in.
Holly F. Fischer, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to theft. Fined $263.50. Charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor was dismissed. DPA for possession of amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin-misdemeanor (set on June 26, 2018) was cancelled.
Maric M. Torres, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to one count of battery-misdemeanor, one count of bail jumping-misdemeanor and one count of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 2 years (concurrent), psychological evaluation and fined $929. Charge of one count of battery-misdemeanor, four counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor and two counts of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor were dismissed but read in.
Vincent G. Schultz, Rhinelander, pleads no contest to one count of neglecting a child (specific harm did not occur)-misdemeanor. DEJ 24 months. Charges of two counts of neglecting a child (specified hard did not occur)-misdemeanor were dismissed. Review hearing September 14, 2020.
Ryan E. Ratzlaff, Rothschild, pleads no contest to one count of violation of harassment restraining order-misdemeanor. DEJ 12 months. Review hearing Setpember 14, 2020. Charges of operating while revoked-misdemeanor, bail jumping-misdemeanor and one count of violation of harassment restraining order-misdemeanor were dismissed.
Dennis P. Owens, Arbor Vitae, pleads guilty/no contest to theft of movable property (<=$2500)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 1 year and fined $718.30. Also pleads no contest to possession of short-barreled shotgun/rifle-felony. DEJ 12 months. Fined $418.90. Review hearing August 24, 2020.
Zachary T. Moyer, Rhinelander, pleads no contest to disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-threat)-misdemeanor and battery (domestic abuse-infliction of pain or injury)-misdemeanor. DEJ 6 months. Review hearing March 9, 2020.
Damen A. Owens, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to two counts of disorderly conduct-cause disturbance. Fined $263.50. Charges of two counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor were dismissed.
Andrew R. Kaminski, Stevens Point, pleads guilty to OWI (5th or 6th)-felony and two counts of bail jumping-felony. Sentenced to WHS/POP 5 years-concurrent, jail 12 months-concurrent (96 days credit), DOT license revocation for life and fined $2,530.75. Charges of operating with PAC (5th or 6th)-felony and two counts of bail jumping-felony were dismissed.
Clifford L. Dutton Jr., Rhinelander, pleads no contest to possession of methamphetamine-felony. DEJ 12 months. Review hearing September 14, 2020.
Eric C. Meyers, Rhinelander, pleads no contest to operating while revoked-misdemeanor, DEJ 12 months. Review hearing September 14, 2020. Charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Patrick J. Honrath, Tomah, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (7th, 8th or 9th)-felony. Sentenced to state prison 3 years (jail credit 90 days), expended supervision 3 years, DOT license revocation for life and fined $2,452. Charge of operating with PAC (7th, 8th or 9th)-felony was dismissed.
Andrew A. Litzen, Rhinelander, charge of operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years)-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Kyle J. Miller, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to disorderly conduct (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor. Fined $429.

Wednesday, September 11
Des’ree L. Reimer, Lac du Flambeau, WHS/POP for five counts of theft-business setting (<=$2500)-misdemeanor (set June 26, 2013) was revoked. Sentenced to jail 9 months-concurrent (96 days jail credit).
Jimmy J. Bosinske, Gleason, charge of operating while revoked-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Otha C. Franklin Jr., Wausau, pleads guilty/no contest to three counts of bail jumping-felony. Sentenced to local jail 9 months-concurrent (jail credit 127 days) and fined $1,054. Charges of resisting an officer-misdemeanor, battery-misdemeanor and one count of bail jumping-felony were dismissed.
Edmond B. Labarge, Lac du Flambeau, pleads guilty/no contest to resisting an officer-misdemeanor. Sentenced to local jail 3 months (jail credit 25 days). Charge of bail jumping-felony was dismissed.

Thursday, September 12
Katelyn M. Potvine, Lac du Flambeau, charged with ignition interlock device tampering, possession of illegally obtained prescription, manufacturing/delivering of amphetamine (>3-10 g), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and operating while revoked. Signature bond set for $3,500. AIA October 21.
Hans L. Zinsmeister, Eagle River, charged with disorderly conduct. Cash bond set at $250. AIA September 23.
Dean P. Ziolkowski, Rhinelander, pleads no contest to battery-misdemeanor and disorderly conduct (use of a dangerous weapon)-misdemeanor. DEJ 6 months. Review hearing March 16, 2020.

Friday, September 13
Sara A. Best, Minocqua, charged with possession of methamphetamine and resisting an officer. Cash bond set at $500. AIA September 17.
Steven R. Bembenek, Minocqua, charged with resisting an officer and bail jumping-felony. Cash bond set at $750. AIA September 17.
Cyruss J. Andresen, Eagle River, DEJ for disorderly conduct-misdemeanor (set on December 18, 2018) has been fulfilled. Change was dismissed.
Toni M. Valek, Rhinelander, charge of theft of movable property (<=$2500)-misdemeanor was dismissed.

Monday, September 16
Joseph M. Gronitz, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked and OWI (5th or 6th). Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA September 30.
Darren J. Kuske, St. Germain, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotic drugs. Signature bond set for $3,000. AIA September 30.
Melanie E. Bjerk, West Bend, charged with possession of THC, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA October 7.
Jacob J. Anderson, Ogema, charged with OWI (1st with passenger < 16 years old), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC. Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA December 2.
Branden C. Nuelk, West Bend, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Signature bond set for $500. AIA October 7.
Bradley J. Thompson, Lac du Flambeau, charged with operating while revoked and bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA October 14.
Devontae R. Smith, Waupun, charged with battery. Signature bond set for $500. AIA September 30.
Susan E. Kress, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA September 30.
Gage A. Quick, Coboen (Illinois), charged with disorderly conduct, carrying a concealed weapon and operating a firearm while intoxicated. Cash bond set for $1,150. AIA October 7.
Joshua L. Stamper, Rhinelander, charged with criminal damage to property (domestic abuse-infliction of injury), disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-infliction of injury) and battery (domestic abuse-infliction of injury). Cash bond set at $650. AIA September 30.
Ahmadou Fofana, Euclid (Ohio), charged with disorderly conduct. Cash bond set at $450. AIA September 20.
