Tuesday, August 27
Nancy L. Bordeau, Arbor Vitae, pleads no contest to operating without a valid license (3rd within 3 years)-misdemeanor. DPA. Review hearing August 10, 2020.
Vincent T. Williams Jr., Eagle River, pleads guilty to possession with intent-cocaine (>1-5 g)-felony. Sentenced to WHS/POP 3 years and fined $518. Charge of possession with intent/deliver narcotics-felony was dismissed but read in.
Cole Q. Carroll, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to possession of methamphetamine (conspiracy to commit)-felony. Sentenced to WHS/POP 2 years and fined $518. Charge of resisting an officer-misdemeanor, possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor and bail jumping-misdemeanor were dismissed.
Thomas E. Coron, Lac du Flambeau, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (2nd)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to ignition interlock 14 months, DOT license revocation 14 months, WHS/POP 12 months and fined $2,138.75. Charge of operating with PAC (2nd)-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Georgia A. DeHart, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest of causing injury/operating while under the influence. Sentenced to DOT license revocation 6 months, WHS/POP 6 months and fined $583.75.
Penny L. Turpin, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to theft. Fined $263.50.
Kari A. Knauf, Rhinelander, pleads no contest to retail theft-intentionally take (<=$500)-misdemeanor. DPA. Review hearing August 10, 2020. Charge of intent to contribute to the delinquency of a child-misdemeanor was dismissed.

Heather J. Larson, Rhinelander, charges of possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor, burglary-building or dwelling (PTAC)-felony, and two counts of theft of movable property (<=$2500)-misdemeanor were dismissed.
Sarah B. Gardner, Rhinelander, charge of operating while revoked-misdemeanor was dismissed.
