Tuesday, August 20
Jakob A. Bettiga, Rhinelander, charged with possession with intent-amphetamine >10-50 g (second or subsequent offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cash bond set at $2,500. AIA August 26.
Eric J. Larson, Rhinelander, charged with possession of THC, possession of methamphetamine and bail jumping-felony. Signature bond set for $7,500. AIA September 16.
Dena K. Mann, Minocqua, charged with bail jumping-felony. Signature bond set for $5,000. Preliminary hearing September 11.
Gina E. Ozelie, Sayner, charged with theft-business setting (>$10,000-$100,000). Signature bond set for $10,000. Preliminary hearing September 20.
Jason D. Bogen, Seattle (Washington), charges of three counts of failure to support a child (120 days+)-felony have been dismissed.
Wendy L. Wines, Three Lakes, DPA (set on February 8, 2018) for charges of possession of narcotic drugs-felony, obtaining a prescription drug with fraud-misdemeanor and theft of movable property (<=$2500)-misdemeanor has been fulfilled and charges were dismissed.
Spencer R. Jural, Tomahawk, DPA (set on August 14, 2018) for charge of 4th degree sexual assault (repeater)-misdemeanor has been fulfilled and charge was dismissed.
Christine A. Counter, Eagle River, DPA (set on August 7, 2018) for charge of theft-business setting (<=$2500)-misdemeanor has been fulfilled and charges were dismissed.
Faye M. Henry, Woodruff, DPA (set February 11) for charge of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor has been fulfilled and charge was dismissed.
Timothy L. Hatlevig, Rhinelander, pleads no contest to carrying a concealed weapon-misdemeanor, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor and two counts of possession of illegally obtained prescription-misdemeanor. DPA. Also pleads guilty/no contest to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor, possession of THC-misdemeanor and one count of bail jumping-misdemeanor. Charges of four counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor and five counts of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor were dismissed. Sentenced to WHS/POP 2 years and fined $929. Review hearing August 16, 2021.
Anne L. Graveen, Minocqua, pleads guilty/no contest to resisting an officer-misdemeanor and bail jumping-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 18 months and fined $186. Charges of possession of methamphetamine-felony, retail theft (<=$500)-misdemeanor and two counts of possession of illegally obtained prescription were dismissed but read in. Charge of bail jumping-felony was dismissed.
Nikita H. Spencer, Saxon, pleads no contest to possession of illegally obtained prescription-misdemeanor. DPA. Review hearing August 10, 2020. Charge of possession of methamphetamine-felony was dismissed.
Rebecca S. Lovicott, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to charge of theft. Fined $263.50.
Wednesday, August 21
Kassandra L. Mikkelson, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct. Cash bond set at $150. AIA September 16.
Matthew R. Rifenburgh, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked and bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set for $500. Status conference September 3.
Dakota J. Slack, Elcho, probation (set on November 29, 2018) for criminal damage to property-misdemeanor, theft of movable property (<=$2500)-misdemeanor and two counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor was revoked. Sentenced to local jail 8 months and fined $1,172.
Thursday, August 22
Robin D. Schillings, Rhinelander, sentenced for OWI (5th or 6th)-felony (plea hearing August 1) to jail time 6 months (3 days credit), ignition interlock 3 years, DOT license revocation 3 years, WHS/POP 3 years and fined $3,522.75.
Friday, August 23
Wayne J. Cunningham, Radisson, charged with retail theft (>$500-$5000). Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA September 30.
Chad A. Lockhart, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked. Signature bond set for $500. AIA September 16.
Cody D. Werner, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to one count of possession of THC-misdemeanor. Sentenced to WHS/POP 6 months and fined $443. Charges of bail jumping-misdemeanor, possession of illegally obtained prescription and one count of possession of THC were dismissed.
Monday, August 26
Lonnie S. Lob, Three Lakes, charged with operating while revoked and bail jumping-felony. Signature bond set for $3,000. Preliminary hearing October 3.
Coles P. Pratz, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent-THC (>200-1000g). Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA August 29.
Jack R. Alonso Jr., Rhinelander, charged with OWI (4th). Signature bond set for $5,000. AIA September 16.
