Tuesday, August 13
Jacob D. Eastman, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct, bail jumping-felony and revisiting an officer. Cash bond set at $500. AIA August 21.
Brittany C. Felten, Rhinelander, charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. Signature bond set for $1,500. AIA September 9.
Justin R. Gibbs, Hazelhurst, pleads guilty to theft of movable property (.$5000-$10000)-felony. Sentenced to 6 months local jail.
Benjamin J. Rizzo, Star Lake, pleads guilty/no contest to one count of burglary of building or dwelling-felony and taking and driving vehicle without consent-felony. Sentenced to 30 months state prison, 30 months extended supervision and restitution of $765.01. Charges of criminal damage to property-misdemeanor, two counts of burglary of building or dwelling-felony and two counts of theft of movable property (<=$2500)-misdemeanor are dismissed but read in.
Brandon J. Zapar, Tomahawk, pleads no contest to battery (domestic abuse/domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury)-misdemeanor and resisting an officer-misdemeanor. DEJ. Review hearing July 27, 2020. Charges of criminal damage to property-misdemeanor, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury)-misdemeanor and bail jumping-misdemeanor were dismissed.
Brian K. VanVleet, Rhinelander, pleads guilty to resisting an officer-misdemeanor, disorderly conduct-misdemeanor and criminal damage to property-misdemeanor. WHS/POP 2 years.

Wednesday, August 14
Bradley F. Noble, Saint Germain, charged with 1st reckless homicide (deliver drugs), possession with intent (deliver narcotics), possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of narcotic drugs. Cash bond set at $40,000. Preliminary hearing August 26.
Lori K. Haanpaa, Three Lakes, pleads guilty to OWI (3rd)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to 30 days jail time (1 day credit), ignition interlock device 26 months, DOT License revocation 26 months and fined $1,694 plus court costs. WHS/POP 1 year. Charge of operating with PAC (3rd)-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Brent L. Belisle, Eagle River, pleads no contest to disorderly conduct (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor. DEJ. Review hearing July 27, 2020.

Thursday, August 15
Alexx J. O’Hara, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to theft of movable property (<=$2500)-misdemeanor and one count of battery-misdemeanor. Sentenced to restitution of $1087. WHS/POP 2 years. Charges of one count of battery-misdemeanor, bail jumping-felony, bail jumping-misdemeanor and resisting an officer were dismissed. Also pleads no contest to battery or threat to a law enforcement officer-felony. DEJ. Review hearing January 25, 2021.

Friday, August 16
Francesca A. St. Germaine, Lac du Flambeau, charged with bail jumping-felony and retail theft (<=$500). Signature bond set for $1,500. Preliminary hearing September 13.
Justin C. Rank, Monico, charged with OWI (3rd). Signature bond set for $3,000. AIA September 23.
Taylor V. Nickey, Crandon, WHS/POP set on July 19, 2017 for OWI (2nd with passenger <16 years old)-misdemeanor has been revoked. Sentenced to 4 months local jail (47 days credit).
Skyler H. Sann, Rhinelander, WHS/POP set on May 24, 2018, for battery (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor and three counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor now revoked. Sentenced to 4 months jail time. DEJ for 3rd degree sexual assault (domestic abuse)-felony remains. Review hearing September 9.
Jacquelyn R. Brunner, Irma, charge of possession of controlled substance-misdemeanor has been dismissed.

Monday, August 19
Kristina K. Keppert, Rhinelander, charged with escaping-criminal arrest and bail jumping-felony. Cash bond set at $5,000.
Edmond B. Labarge, Lac du Flambeau, charged with reisting an officer and bail jumping-felony. Cash bond set at $5,000. Preliminary hearing August 28.
Aaron D. Wolfe, Lac du Flambeau, charged with OWI (4th). Signature bond set for $3,000. AIA September 16.
Barbara E. B. Beavers, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor and operating while revoked. Signature bond set for $1,500.
Amy S. Bella, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC. Signature bond set for $1,000. PTC October 8.
Kimberly G. Venegas, Minocqua, charged with disorderly conduct. Cash bond set at $150. AIA September 16.
Kevin S. Moses, Three Lakes, charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor and OWI (2nd). Signature bond set for $5,000. AIA August 27.
Sarah B. Gardner, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked. Signature bond set for $500. AIA September 16.
Michael J. Rielly, Lake Tomahawk, charged with OWI (2nd). Signature bond set for $1,500. AIA September 16.
Angela B. Houghton, Argonne, sentenced to local jail 6 months and DOT license revocation for life for July 23 plea of guilty/no contest to OWI (5th or 6th)-felony. WHS/POP 3 years.
