Tuesday, August 6
Michael J. Meyers, Rhinelander, charged with possession with intent-THC (<=200 g) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Signature bond set for $2,500. AIA September 23.
Michelle R. Skinner, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (5th or 6th). Signature bond set for $5,000. AIA September 23.
Jesse S. Cooper, Rhinelander, charged with possession of illegally obtained prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Signature bond set for $1,500. AIA September 23.
Jennifer J. Richey, Tomahawk, pleads guilty to OWI (2nd)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to 10 days local jail (8 days credit), IID 12 months, DOT license revocation 12 months and fined $1, 429. WHS/POP 18 months. Charge of operating with PAC (2nd)-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Michelle L. James, Woodruff, pleads guilty/no contest to possession of methamphetamine-felony. DEJ. Review hearing June 22, 2020. Charge of manufacture/deliver amphetamine (<=3g)-felony was dismissed.
Brandon A. Thurber, Neenah, pleads no contest to retail theft (<=$500)-misdemeanor. DEJ. Review hearing July 20, 2020. Charge of retail theft (>$500-$5000)-felony was dismissed.
Jason M. Yonker, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (3rd)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to 45 days local jail all but 14 days stayed for OWI treatment court (1 day jail credit), IID 24 months, DOT license revocation 24 months and fined $1,744. WHS/POP 2 years. Charge of operating with PAC (3rd)-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Ian P. Anderson, Rhinelander, charge of violation of restraining order-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Marylyn V. Pierce, Rhinelander, DPA filed for charge of obtaining prescription drug with fraud-misdemeanor. Review hearing July 27, 2020.
Derek L. Overbay, Port Washington, charges of operating while revoked-misdemeanor and ignition interlock device tampering-misdemeanor were dismissed.

Wednesday, August 7
Jacob L. Shockto, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotic drugs. Cash bond set at $500. AIA August 19.
Benjamin F. Orozco, Woodruff, charged with retail theft (<=$500). Signature bond set for $1,500. AIA September 9.

Thursday, August 8
Martin S. Raymond, Rhinelander, pleads guilty to theft. Sentenced to fine of $263.50 and restitution of $10.31.

Friday, August 9
Harry F. Dodge, Rhinelander, charged with criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, battery and child abuse-recklessly cause harm. Signature bond set for $5,000. AIA September 9.
Kyle J. Wetterau, Antigo, charged with 2nd degree sexual assault of a child and repeated sexual assault of same child. Signature bond set for $7,500. Preliminary hearing September 25.
Molly A. Beals, Lac du Flambeau, charged with possession of narcotic drugs. Signature bond st for $2,500. Preliminary hearing September 25.
Jeffrey R. Preisler, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). Cash bond set at $150. AIA September 23.
Logan A. Korbisch, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked. Signature bond set for $500. AIA September 23.

Monday, August 12
Christina M. Foss, Rhinelander, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, neglecting a child and possession of drug paraphernalia. Signature bond set for $7,500. AIA September 23.
Jeffrey A. Gruna, Minocqua, charged with OWI (5th or 6th), operating while revoked and ignition interlock device tampering. Cash bond set at $1,000. Preliminary hearing August 15.
Larry B. Martinez, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping-felony. Signature bond set for $1,500. Preliminary hearing September 25.
Dylan D. Foss, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (4th). Signature bond set for $5,000. Preliminary hearing September 17.
Zane R. R. Olsen, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of THC (2nd+ offense) and operating while revoked. Signature bond set for $2,500. AIA October 14.
Marylyn V. Pierce, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set for $2,000. AIA October 14.
Meghann R. Rappley, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked. Signature bond set for $500. Review hearing November 11.
Dustin J. LaPuma, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to battery or threat to law enforcement officer-felony. Sentenced to 3 months local jail (concurrent). WHS/POP 2 years (concurrent). Also pleads guilty/no contest to one count of criminal damage to property. Sentenced to restitution $99. WHS/POP 2 years. One count of criminal damage to property was dismissed but read in. Charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.
