Tuesday, July 23

Robin D. Mendez, Minocqua, sentenced to life in prison for first-degree murder-felony.

Joseph W. Cloud, Green Bay, sentenced to 5 years state prison and 3 years extended supervision for charge of burglary (armed with dangerous weapon)-felony.

Michael A. Ruesch, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (5th or 6th)-felony. Sentenced to 3 years DOT license revocation and 3 years IID. Also pleads guilty/no contest to criminal damage to property-misdemeanor. WHS/POP 1 year. Charges of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor, battery-misdemeanor and operating with PAC (5th or 6th)-felony are dismissed but read in. Charge of bail jumping-felony was dismissed.

Christine E. Turney, Rhinelander, pleads no contest to ignition interlock device tampering-misdemeanor. DEJ. Charge of operating while revoked-misdemeanor was dismissed but read in. Charges of failure to notify address change, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and obstructing an officer were dismissed.

Daniel R. Resch, Rhinelander, pleads guilty to OWI (2nd)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to 6 days jail (1 day credit), IID 12 months, DOT license revocation 14 months, WHS/POP 12 months and fined $1,379. Charge of operating with PAC (2nd)-misdemeanor was dismissed.

Krysti J. Norton, Antigo, charge of operating while revoked-misdemeanor was dismissed.

Hannah M. Siegel, Edgar, pleads guilty/no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia. Fined $263.50. Two counts of bail jumping-felony were dismissed.

Austen J. Lambert, Phelps, pleads guilty/no contest to disorderly conduct-misdemeanor. Fined $443.

Riley A. Bullard, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to possession of THC. Fined $263.50. Charge of possession of controlled substance-misdemeanor was dismissed.

Cynthia M. Beavers, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to battery-misdemeanor. DEJ. Review hearing January 27, 2020.

Karen A. Bock, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to retail theft (<=$500). Ordered to pay restitution. WHS/POP 6 months.

Charde G. Theobald, Lac di Flambeau, pleads guilty/no contest to criminal damage to property-misdemeanor and disorderly conduct-misdemeanor. DEJ. Review hearing January 27, 2020.

William P. Wolfsmith, Eagle River, charge of operating while revoked-misdemeanor was dismissed.

 

Wednesday, July 24

Thomas J. Blaszke, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor, operating while revoked and ignition interlock device tampering. Signature bond set for $500. PTC September 3.

Tyler C. Lundberg, Rhinelander, charged with criminal damage to property (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). AIA August 19.

Tony Rodriguez, Eau Claire, charges of operating while revoked-misdemeanor and bail jumping-misdemeanor were dismissed.

Sonya Y. Moore, Three Lakes, pleads guilty to OWI (2nd)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to 5 days local jail (2 days credit), DOT license revocation 14 months, IID 12 months, and fined $1,555. Charge of operating with PAC (2nd)-misdemeanor was dismissed.

Nicholas J. Weber, Tomahawk, pleads no contest to bail jumping-misdemeanor, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor and battery (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor. DEJ. Review hearing July 6, 2020.

 

Thursday, July 25

James H. Branam, Rhinelander, charged with retail theft (<=$500), bail jumping-misdemeanor and 2 counts of bail jumping-felony. Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA July 29.

David J. Tallier, Laona, charged with possession of methamphetamine (repeater) and possession of illegally obtained prescription (repeater). Cash bond set at $3,000. AIA July 29.

Robyn L. Derwin, probation revoked for charge of resisting/obstructing an officer-misdemeanor. Sentenced to 7 months jail (64 days credit).

Anthony J. Hoffman, Rhinelander, probation revoked for operating vehicle without consent-misdemeanor (sentenced to 9 months local jail concurrent), theft of movable property (party to a crime)-misdemeanor (sentenced to 9 months local jail concurrent) and bail jumping-felony (sentenced to 1 year in local jail concurrent). 278 days credit. Review hearing September 9.

Nicole M. Noe, Eagle River, probation revoked for possession of drug paraphernalia (sentenced to 30 days local jail concurrent) and possession of illegally obtained prescription (sentenced to 6 months local jail concurrent). 135 days credit.

 

Friday, July 26

Tori L. Mcgeshick, Hazelhurst, charged with neglecting a child, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC. Signature bond set for $2,500. AIA August 19.

Crystal S. Schirmacher, Rhinelander, charged with theft of movable property (<=$2500). Signature bond set for $1,500. PTC October 1.

Alice M. Simmons, Rhinelander, pleads no contest to two counts of possession of a controlled substance-misdemeanor. DEJ. Review hearing June 15, 2020.

Chad J. Eckes, Rhinelander, charge of carrying a concealed weapon-misdemeanor was dismissed.

 

Monday, July 29

Emil K. Busse, Boulder Junction, charged with OWI (5th or 6th). Cash bond set at $750. AIA August 26.

William B. Taylor, Minocqua, charged with substantial battery (domestic abuse), Strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). Signature bond set for $2,500. AIA August 26.

Logan A. Kasat, Wausau, charged with theft of movable property (<=$2500), receiving or concealing stolen property (<=$2500) and bail jumping-felony. Cash bond set at $3,000. Preliminary hearing August 2.

Kristina K. Keppert, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia to manugacture, possession of methamphetamine, two counts of bail jumping-felony, and one count of bail jumping-misdemeanor. Cash bond set at $2,000. AIA August 5.

Jacob L. Shockto, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set for $1,000. PTC October 1.

Andrew C. Wanty, Rhinelander, charged with criminal damage to property. Signature bond set for $1,500. AIA August 26.

Jacqueline D. Gable, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). Signature bond set for $1,500. AIA August 26.

Dustin J. LaPuma, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Signature bond set for $500. AIA August 13.

Dan J. Mohr, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked and possession of THC. Signature bond set for $500. AIA August 26.

Jordan J. Thiel, Three Lakes, charged with criminal damage to property. Signature bond set for $750. AIA August 26.

Patrick D. Quinn, Minocqua, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). Cash bond set at $150. AIA August 26.

Jessica D. Stephens, Boulder Junction, charged with operating while revoked. Signature bond set for $500. AIA August 26.

Austin J. Champine, Tomahawk, charged with operating while revoked and OWI (3rd). Signature bond set for $2,000. AIA September 30.

Damian M. Snow, Rhinelander, charged with operating without a valid license (2nd in 3 years). Signature bond set for $500. AIA August 26.
