Michael A. Ruesch, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (5^th or 6^th)-felony. Sentenced to 3 years DOT license revocation and 3 years IID. Also pleads guilty/no contest to criminal damage to property-misdemeanor. WHS/POP 1 year. Charges of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor, battery-misdemeanor and operating with PAC (5^th or 6^th)-felony are dismissed but read in. Charge of bail jumping-felony was dismissed.
