Tuesday, June 18

Eric C. Meyers, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA July 15.
Kyle D. Hanse, Tomahawk, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). Cash bond set at $150. AIA July 15.
Joel D. Hughes, Eagle River, pleads guilty to one count of bail jumping-misdemeanor. Sentenced to restitution $540.90. Charges of operating while revoked-misdemeanor, one count of bail jumping-misdemeanor and retail theft (<=$500)-misdemeanor dismissed but read in. Review hearing August 12.
Jenna R. Ohm, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to bail jumping-misdemeanor, retail theft (<=$500)-misdemeanor. Fined $200 plus court costs. Charge of bail jumping-felony was dismissed.
Melanie A. Dorava, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (2nd with passenger < 16 years old)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to local jail 10 days, DOT license revocation 24 months, IID 24 months and fined $1,860.75. Charge of operating with PAC (2nd with passenger < 16 years old)-misdemeanor was dismissed.
Michael R. Lemmons, Eagle River, pleads guilty/no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor and possession of THC-misdemeanor. Fined $200 plus court costs. Charges of bail jumping-misdemeanor, bail jumping-felony, and operating while revoked-misdemeanor were dismissed. Review hearing September 23.
Jeffery A. Warbelton, Pelican Lake, pleads guilty/no contest to possession of THC (2nd)-felony. Fined $100 plus court costs. Charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
James O. Pernau, Three Lakes, pleads no contest to ignition interlock device tampering-misdemeanor. DEJ 6 months. Review hearing December 9.
Dakotah A. Oettinger, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to possession of THC. PTC July 30.
Travis P. Mccann, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (3rd)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to jail 45 days (all but 14 days stayed), IID 2 years, DOT license revocation 2 years and fined $1,744. Charges of operating while revoked-misdemeanor, IID tampering-misdemeanor, resisting or obstructing an officer-misdemeanor and operating with PAC (3rd) were dismissed.

Wednesday, June 19
Jordan J. Verstoppen, Three Lakes, charged with two counts of battery (domestic abuse), strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse), 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety (domestic abuse), intentionally pointing a firearm at a person (domestic abuse), criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). Cash bond set at $1,500. AIA July 5.

Thursday, June 20
Jimmy D. McIntosh, Milwaukee, charge of operating while revoked-misdemeanor has been dismissed.
Nicole J. Brownell, Rhinelander, status hearing for bail jumping-misdemeanor (WHS/POP on 4-20-18). Probation revoked. Sentenced to local jail 4 months (94 days credit).
Melissa L. Higgins, Tomahawk, charges with three counts of contributing to truancy. DEJ 12-9-19.

Friday, June 21
Clayton T. Philemon, Minocqua, charged with burglary-building or dwelling, take and drive vehicle without consent, and bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set for $7,500. Preliminary hearing July 26.
Larry G. Veach III, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury). Signature bond set for $1,500. AIA July 8.
James W. Buss, San Diego, Calif., charge of theft-business setting (<=$2500) has been dismissed.
Jordan J. Luckey, Iron River, Mich., pleads guilty/no contest to county/municipality-disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Fined $527. Charges of operating while revoked and four counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor were dismissed.
Charles A. Gibson, Louisville , Ky., charge of attempted theft of movable property (<=$2500)-PTAC is dismissed.

Monday, June 24
Amy J. Eldred, Rhinelander, charged with fail to report to county jail (10 days+), resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, and bail jumping-felony. Cash bond set at $5,000. AIA July 8.
Mason J. Webster, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct-domestic abuse, substantial battery-domestic abuse, and strangulation and suffocation-domestic abuse. Signature bond set for $10,000. AIA July 22.
Kenneth R. Curtis, Lake Tomahawk, charged with OWI (4th) and disorderly conduct. Cash bond set at $2,500. AIA July 1.
Kevin S. Moses, Three Lakes, charged with operating a firearm while intoxicated and disorderly conduct. Signature bond set for $5,000. AIA July 1.
Jeremy A. Payne, Rhinelander, charged with battery. Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA July 22.
Mason D. Gibbs, Hazelhurst, charged with operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years). Signature bond set for $500. AIA July 22.
Andrew A. Litzen, Rhinelander, charged with operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years). Signature bond set for $500. Review hearing July 29.
William P. Wolfsmith, Eagle River, charged with operating while revoked. Signature bond set for $500. AIA July 22.
Charles R. Voldarski, Ontonagon, Mich., charged with OWI (3rd). Cash bond set at $500. AIA July 22.
Russell Petermann Sr., Elcho, charged with operating while revoked. Signature bond set for $500. AIA July 22.
Scott A. Marquard, Lake Tomahawk, charge of theft-movable property (>$2500-$5000)-felony was dismissed.
