Tuesday, June 4

Randy R. Webie Jr., Tomahawk, charged with resisting/obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Signature bond set for $2,500. AIA July 1.

William R. Kulis, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to bail jumping-misdemeanor. WHS/POP 6 months. Fined $176.00. A second count of bail jumping-misdemeanor is dismissed.

Brian J. Galek, Eagle River, pleads guilty/no contest to operating without a valid license (1st violation). Fined $150.10.

Regina M. Oyen, Merrill, pleads guilty/no contest to operating without a valid license (1st violation). Fined $150.10.

Chris A. Wenzel, Rhinelander, charges of ignition interlock device tampering-misdemeanor and operating while revoked-misdemeanor are dismissed.

Richard A. Burns, Glenview (Illinois), pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (2nd)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to 45 days local jail, IID 12 months, and DOT license revocation 16 months. Fined $1,618. Charge of operating with PAC (2nd) is dismissed.

Wednesday, June 5

Tyler N. Hoopie, Rhinelander, charged with two counts of aggravated battery with intent for great bodily harm (repeater and PTAC) and bail jumping (repeater). Cash bond set at $10,000. AIA June 24.

Harvey J. Frank, Laona, charges of resisting/obstructing an officer-misdemeanor and disorderly conduct-misdemeanor are dismissed.

Thursday, June 6

Martha J. Groves, Three Lakes, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and possession of controlled substance. Signature bond set for $2,500. AIA July 1.

Friday, June 7

Cory D. Borowski, Gilman, charged with OWI (3rd), operating while revoked, ignition interlock device tampering, and bail jumping. Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA June 17.

Edmond S. Broeffle, Lac du Flambeau, charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set for $2,000. AIA June 24.

Monday, June 10

Colton B. Freeman, Brantwood, charged with burglary-armed with a dangerous weapon, criminal damage to property, and theft-movable property (<=$2500). Cash bond set at $2,500. AIA June 13.

Kurtis S. Cline, Rhinelander, charged with resisting/obstructing an officer, battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer, and possession of THC. Cash bond set at $10,000. AIA June 13.

Jacob K. Schultz, Tripoli, charged with burglary-armed with a dangerous weapon, criminal damage to property, and theft-movable property (<=$2500). Cash bond set at $2,500. AIA June 13.

Holly F. Fischer, Rhinelander, charged with retail theft (<=$500) and bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set for $500. AIA June 13.

Kurt R. Smeaton, Woodruff, charged with operating while revoked and three counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA July 2.

Catherine J. Uhren, Rhinelander, charged with resisting/obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA July 9.

Barbara E. B. Beavers, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance. Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA July 8.

Michelle L. Lau, Rhinelander, charged with retail theft (<=$500). Signature bond set for $500. AIA July 8.

Marylyn V. Pierce, Rhinelander, charged with obtaining a prescription drug with fraud. Signature bond set for $1,000. PTC August 6.

Vicki A. Churches, Stacy (Minnesota), charged with OWI (3rd). Cash bond set at $500. AIA July 8.

Derek L. Overbay, Port Washington, charged with operating while revoked and ignition interlock device tampering. Signature bond set for $500. AIA August 5.

Christina H. Patterson, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to Resisting/obstructing an officer-misdemeanor. Sentenced to four months local jail. Charge of encouraging parole/probation violation-misdemeanor DRI. Charge of maintaining drug trafficking place DEJ. Review hearing May 23.
