Tuesday, May 28

Robyn L. Derwin, Rhinelander, charged with possession/illegally obtained prescription, disorderly conduct, and throwing/discharging bodily fluid at public safety worker or prosecutor. Cash bond set at $10,000. AIA June 4.

Ronald J. Emmerich Jr., Arbor Vitae, charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor, lewd/lascivious behavior-exposure, throwing/discharging bodily fluid at public safety worker or prosecutor and two counts of disorderly conduct. Cash bond set at $2,500. PTC June 13.

Linda M. Dolson, Rhinelander, charged with resisting/obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, and battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer. Cash bond set at $5,000. Preliminary hearing June 26.

Karen A. Bock, Rhinelander, charged with retail theft-intentionally taken (<=$500). Signature bond set for $500. PTC July 23.

Damen A. Owens, Rhinelander, charged with two counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set for $,2,000. AIA June 10.

Charde G. Theobald, Lac du Flambeau, charged with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. Signature bond set for $1,000. PTC July 23.

Elizabeth M. Singh, no address, charged with disorderly conduct and two counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set for $2,000. AIA July 23.

David P. Wewasson, Lac du Flambeau, charged with battery and domestic abuse. Signature bond set for $5,000. PTC July 30.

Jesse A. Goetz, Rhinelander, charge of operating while revoked-misdemeanor was dismissed.

Allan J. Bronk, Minocqua, pleads guilty/no contest to purchase of pseudoephedrine for another with intent/facilitate another person’s manufacture of meth-felony. Fined $1,788.Two counts of bail jumping-felony were dismissed.

Cody J. Fredrick, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to bail jumping-misdemeanor. Sentenced to 6 months probation. Also pleads guilty/no contest to substantial battery-intend bodily harm (amended)-misdemeanor. DEJ. Review hearing June 1, 2020. Charges of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor and operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years)-misdemeanor were dismissed.

Raeann F. Marvin, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to theft. Fined $313.

Desiree J Whitaker, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to disorderly conduct/cause disturbance (domestic abuse). Fined $113.50.

Scott A. Smith, Lac du Flambeau, charged with ignition interlock device tampering. DEJ. Review hearing November 25.

Anna L. Johnson, Eagle River, pleads guilty/no contest to resisting/obstructing an officer-misdemeanor and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor. DEJ. Review hearing November 4.

 

Wednesday, May 29

Chad A. Goll, Rhinelander, charges of possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor, possession of controlled substance-misdemeanor, and possession of methamphetamine-felony) were dismissed.

 

Thursday, May 30

Andrew C. Wanty, Rhinelander, charged with theft-movable property (>$2500-5000), criminal trespass to dwelling, and criminal damage to property. Signature bond set for $5,000. AIA June 24.

Shaun M. Kubiak, Three Lakes, charge of battery (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor was dismissed.

James A. Sciano, San Antonio (Texas), pleads guilty to OWI (2nd)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to 18 months driver’s license revocation, 18 months ignition interlock, 35 days local jail and fined $1,470.75. Charge of operating with PAC (2nd)-misdemeanor was dismissed.

Cornelius M. Jackson, Milwaukee, pleads guilty/no contest to possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Fined $27. Charge of possession of cocaine-misdemeanor was dismissed.

Phillip D. Zettler, Rhinelander, pleads guilty to possession of controlled substance-misdemeanor. Fined $443.

David A. Leiterman, Woodruff, pleads guilty/no contest to battery (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor. Sentenced to 12 months jail-time served and fined $1,270.81. Charges of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse)-misdemeanor, criminal damage to property-misdemeanor, and four counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor were dismissed.

Robert D. Beson, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cocaine. Signature bond set for $2,500. AIA June 24.

 

Friday, May 31

Brandon D. Strauch, Allouez (Michigan), charged with OWI (1st with passenger < 16 years old). Cash bond set at $500. AIA June 24.

 

Monday, June 3

Karen A. Circello, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct and throwing/discharging bodily fluid at a public safety work or prosecutor. Signature bond set for $5,000. Preliminary hearing July 2.

Shawndell L. Smith, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked, bail jumping-felony, and operating with restricted controlled substance (2nd). Status conference June 4.

Stacey L. Saglin, Lac du Flambeau, charged with OWI (2nd with passenger <16 years old, operating while revoked, resisting or obstructing an officer, and misappropriate ID information. Cash bond set at $10,000. AIA June 14.

Kyle F. Schultz, Janesville, charged with child abuse-intentionally cause harm, disorderly conduct, and bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set for $7,500. AIA July 1.

Danny A. Campbell, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor and four counts of violating a restraining order. Signature bond set for $5,000. AIA July 19.

Kari A. Knauf, Rhinelander, charged with intent to contribute to the delinquency of a child and retail theft (<=$500). Signature bond set for $1,000. AIA July 1.

Vito J. Marconi, Rhinelander, charged with criminal trespass to dwelling. Signature bond set for $5,000. AIA July 1.

Melissa J. Rau, Harshaw, charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor. Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA June 14.

Kurt R. Smeaton, Woodruff, charged with operating while revoked and bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set for $2,000. AIA July 2.

Jeremy R. Stephens Jr., Tomahawk, charged with resisting/obstructing an officer, two counts of battery and battery (PTAC). Signature bond set at $2,500. AIA July 1.

Kurtis  N. Johnson, Crandon, charged with cause injury/OWI. Signature bond set for $500. AIA July 25.

Jeremy S. Joslin, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (1st with passenger < 16 years old). Signature bond set for $500. PTC July 23.

Leeanna J. Leisure, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (2nd). Signature bond set for $1,500. AIA July 1.
