Rhinelander schools business services director resigns
School District of Rhinelander District has announced the resignation of the Director of Business Services. Marta Kwaitkowski has accepted a position with another Wisconsin School District. Her resignation is effective June 30.
Kwiatkowski has been with the Rhinelander district since July 1, 2006 and according to a press release, has been “instrumental in the district’s efforts to building community trust and support, as well as to ensure the district’s financial stability.” Until the recent hire of a Director of Human Resources, Marta also worked in that capacity for support personnel.
“She will assist in the transition of her replacement and will be available to make certain that the business office continues to move forward in a positive direction” and will “be available to finalize plans for an indoor practice facility, which is being made possible with a recent donation through the Hodag Schools Foundation (HSF). She has acknowledged HSF for its financial support to the school district, which has addressed many of the District’s facility needs,” according to the release.
In February, Kwiatkowski was recognized as School Business Manager of the Year by the Wisconsin Association of School Business Officials.
The district has posted the job and is seeking a replacement.
