Kyle T. Kearns, Ringle, charged with OWI (second), possession with intent-THC (<=200 g), and possession of methamphetamine. Cash bond set at $400. AIA June 17.
Angel R. Jarstad, Schofield, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent-THC (<=200 g) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Signature bond set at $3,500. Preliminary hearing July 11.
Rick A. Hendrickson, Tomahawk, pleads guilty/no contest to disorderly conduct-misdemeanor. Charges of criminal trespass to dwelling-misdemeanor and battery-misdemeanor are dismissed. DEJ. Review hearing Nov. 11.
Debra L. Bartlett, Eagle River, pleads guilty/no contest to charge of OWI (third). Charge of operating w/ PAC (third) is dismissed. two years WHS/POP, two years IID. Fined $1,774.75.
Randell W. Tipler, Green Bay, pleads guilty/no contest of fraud/innkeeper, etc.-nonpayment (<=$2,500). Charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor is dismissed. Sentenced to three months in local jail (70 days credit) and restitution. Fined $7.15.
Timothy P. Stanfield, Rhinelander, pleads guilty to resisting or obstructing officer. Fined $200.
Amy J. Eldred, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to one count of bail jumping-felony. Sentenced to three months in local jail (29 days credit). Also pleads guilty/no contest to charges of possession of methamphetamine-felony and possession of THC (second plus offense). DEJ. Charges of operating while revoked-misdemeanor, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia-misdemeanor, possession of illegally obtained prescription-misdemeanor, disorderly conduct-misdemeanor, and one count of bail jumping-felony are dismissed. Review hearing May 17, 2021.
Kyle J. Miller, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to possession of THC-misdemeanor. Charges of operating while revoked-misdemeanor and possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin-misdemeanor are dismissed. Fined $443.
Atlas B. Watson, Waupun, is found guilty by jury of fail/comply-officer/person into custody-felony, battery or threat to judge/prosecutor, or law enforcement officer-felony, and resisting or obstructing an officer-misdemeanor. Sentenced to one year in prison and one year extended supervision.
Alyah A. L. Wayman, Lac du Flambeau, pleads guilty/no contest to theft-movable property (<=$2,500)-misdemeanor. WHS/POP one year. Also pleads guilty/no contest to and count of bail jumping-felony. WHS/POP two years. Charges of disorderly conduct-misdemeanor, intentionally give false alarm-misdemeanor, resisting or obstructing an officer-misdemeanor, and one count of bail jumping-felony are dismissed but read in. Review hearing Nov. 11.
Wednesday, May 22
Kain I. Lawfer, Minocqua, charged with bail jumping-felony/repeater and bail jumping-misdemeanor/repeater, disorderly conduct and battery. Court issues warrant.
Shane T. Hart, Oshkosh, pleads guilty/no contest to two counts of bail jumping-felony and OWI (fourth)-felony. Charges of resisting or obstructing an officer and operating w/PAC (fourth) are dismissed. Sentenced to two years in state prison, two years extended supervision, three years drivers license revocation, and three years IID. Fined $1,198.75.
Kyle J. Miller, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to possession of THC. Charge of possession of drug paraphernalia is dismissed. Fined $263.50.
Thursday, May 23
Clifford L. Dutton Jr., Rhinelander, charged with possession of methamphetamine. Signature bond set at $1,500. AIA June 17.
Friday, May 24
Deanna L. Kaehler, Rhinelander, pleads guilty to OWI (second) and disorderly conduct/cause disturbance. Charges of ignition interlock device tampering, operating w/PAC (second), and two counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor are dismissed. Sentenced to five days jail and 13 months drivers license revocation. Fined $1,246.
Randy J. Hold, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to mistreatment of animals/cause death-felony. Sentenced to nine months local jail (stayed) and two years probation.
Jerrick L. Dick, Green Bay, pleads guilty/no contest to operating while revoked-misdemeanor. Fined $768.00.
