Obituary: James Lawrence
James D. Lawrence, age 65 of the town of Harrison, died Monday, May 13, 2019, at his home. He was born July 8, 1953, in Detroit to Robert and Betty (Stockwell) Lawrence.
Jim is survived by his wife, Joanne Lawrence of Harrison; children, Melissa Lawrence (Richard LaCrosse) of Rhinelander, Michelle (Richard) Zimmerman of Minocqua, and Josh Nolin of Kentucky; eight grandchildren; and his best friend of nearly 50 years, Rick Stich.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert; and a son, Jim.
A celebration of Jim’s life will take place from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, May 19, at Barry’s Town and Country in Harrison. (Carlson Funeral Home)
