Monday, April 1, 2019
Jacob D. Eastman, Rhinelander, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of methamphetamine. Signature bond set at $3,000. AIA April 29.
Robert P. Fritz, Jr., Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping-felony. Cash bond set at $1,000. Status conference April 15.
Anne L. Graveen, Minocqua, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, bail jumping-misdemeanor, possess/illegally obtained prescription, possession of methamphetamine, retail theft-intentionally take (<=$500) and possession of illegally obtained prescription. Cash bond set at $500. AIA May 8.
Cheyenne F. Meshigaud, Lac du Flambeau, charged with bail jumping-felony and possession of methamphetamine. Cash bond set at $2,000. Preliminary hearing April 5.
Ashley S. Burnett, Minocqua, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and vehicle operator flee/elude officer. Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA April 8.
Crystal M. Boettcher, Eagle River, pleads not guilty to theft-movable property (<=$2,500). Signature bond set at $2,000. PTC June 25.
Appallonia A. Clemmons, Lac du Flambeau, charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set at $1,000. AIA April 29.
Frank J. Dalka IV, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked and bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set at $1,000. AIA April 30.
William R. Kulis, Rhinelander, pleads not guilty to bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set at $1,000. PTC June 4.
Angeleah S. Meyer, Rhinelander, charged with theft-movable property (<=$2,500) and possession of THC. Signature bond set at $3,500.
Justin T. Cure, Rhinelander, has charge of operating while revoked dismissed.
John W. McGuane, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of disorderly conduct/cause disturbance; fined $263.50.
Matthew L. Smith, Rhinelander, has charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse dismissed following fulfillment of agreement.
Tuesday, April 2
Alexander L. Valentine, Rhinelander, charged with attempted second degree sexual assault of a child and using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime. Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA April 8.
Robert J. Ney, Merrill, charged with using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime; attempted second degree sexual assault of a child. Signature bond set at $5,000. AIA April 29.
Bryce G. Luebke, Rhinelander, has charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse dismissed.
Steven P. Hughes, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to bail jumping-misdemeanor. WHS/POP six months. Review hearing Aug. 12.
Barry F. Fones, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of operating while revoked. Fined $150.10. Review hearing July 22.
Lonnie S. Lob, Three Lakes, enters into DPA on charge of possession with intent-THC (>200-1,000 g); charge of possession of THC is dismissed but read in; pleads guilty/no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia. Six days in jail with six days credit; fined $443.
Betty J. Stone, Lac du Flambeau, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of operating while revoked; fined $443.
Alice Simmons, Rhinelander, charged with two counts of manufacture/deliver schedule I, II narcotics. Signature bond set at $7,500. AIA April 29.
Wednesday, April 3
Lukas C. Eyer, Woodruff, charged with bail jumping-felony and possession with intent-amphetamine (>3-10 g). Cash bond set at $10,000. AIA April 15.
Kurt R. Smeaton, Woodruff, charged with disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set at $2,500. AIA April 30.
Steven M. Brostowitz, Minocqua, charged with disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Cash bond set at $160. AIA April 29.
Rebecca M. Dulin, Rhinelander, has charge of operating while revoked dismissed.
Nicholas T. Minassi, Rhinelander, has charges of criminal trespass to dwelling and disorderly conduct dismissed following fulfillment of agreement.
Thursday, April 4, 2019
Sven W. Norkosky, Westminster, Colo., has charge of battery dismissed; pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of disorderly conduct/cause disturbance. Fined $425
John E. Isbell, Lac du Flambeau, has charges of IID tampering/fail to install and operate without valid license dismissed following fulfillment of agreement.
Shawnee M. Chapman, Lac du Flambeau, is sentenced on revocation (retail theft-intentionally take >$500-$5,000) to one year in jail with 274 days credit.
Richard A. Granger, Jr., Rhinelander, sentenced on revocation (failure to support child) to eight months in jail and 144 days credit.
Friday, April 5, 2019
Robert B. Urbans, Menasha, charged with disorderly conduct, unlawful phone use-threatens harm and unlawful phone use-threatens with obscenity. Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA April 12.
Andrew C. Wanty, Rhinelander, pleads no contest to impersonating a peace officer and manufacture/deliver non-narcotics; charge of bail jumping-felony is dismissed; charges of disorderly conduct and bail jumping-felony are DRI. WHS/POP one year.
Monday, April 8
Kaylene F. Theobald, Lac du Flambeau, charged with possession of a controlled substance. Signature bond set at $500. AIA May 6.
Eric S. Marks, Eagle River, charged with receiving or concealing stolen property (<=$2,500). Signature bond set at $2,000. AIA May 6.
Andrew S. Naeseth, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (fourth). Signature bond set at $5,000. AIA May 6.
Ryan T. Boze, Minocqua, charged with second degree sexual assault of a child. Cash bond set at $10,000. Preliminary hearing April 12.
Barry B. Schuster, Wausau, has three counts of criminal damage to property dismissed following fulfillment of agreement.
