Tuesday, March 12

Randell W. Tipler, Green Bay, pleads guilty to fraud/innkeeper-non payment (<=$2,500) and retail theft-intentionally take (<=$500). WHS/POP 18 months, each charge, concurrent; 38 days in jail with 38 days credit; ordered to pay $70.15 restitution. Review hearing Oct. 7.
Joshawa D. McGeshick, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (3rd); charge of operating with PAC is dismissed. WHS/POP two years; fined $1,494; 45 days in jail with Huber and one day credit, all but 14 days imposed and stayed with participation in OWI Treatment Court; driver’s license revoked 24 months; IID 12 months. Review hearing Sept. 16.
Arthur J. Anderson, Goodman, pleads guilty/no contest to retail theft-intentionally take (<=$500); charges of bail jumping-misdemeanor and bail jumping-felony are dismissed. WHS/POP 8 months; restitution of $184.85. Review hearing July 1.
April Dolski, Woodruff, enters into DPA on charge of manufacture/deliver amphetamine/conspiracy to commit; pleads guilty/no contest to possession of methamphetamine. WHS/POP two years. Review hearing Sept. 16.

Wednesday, March 13

Jacob L. Shockto, Rhinelander, charged with possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Signature bond set at $1,000. AIA May 8.
Christina L. Peterson, Rhinelander, has charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC dismissed following fulfillment of DPA.
Christopher M. Black, Rhinelander, is sentenced on revocation of OWI (4th) to nine months in jail with 234 days credit. Also pleads guilty/no contest to disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Sentenced to 30 days in jail, concurrent. Review hearing May 18, 2020.
Keaton S. Gilman, Rhinelander, has charges of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and bail jumping-misdemeanor dismissed.
Christian J. Farris, Rhinelander, enters into DPA on charge of possession with intent-heroin (>3-10 g); pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of possession of cocaine; has charge of neglecting a child is dismissed but read in. WHS/POP one year. Review hearing March 9, 2020.
Michael W. Freund, Rhinelander, enters into DPA on amended charge of stalking; pleads guilty/no contest to charges of stalking and fourth degree sexual assault. WHS/POP three years; nine months in jail with nine days credit and Huber. Review hearing Nov. 4.

Thursday, March 14

Caleb D. Lanke, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping-felony. Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA April 8.
Jacob M. Boelz, Woodruff, charged with battery/domestic abuse and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Signature bond set at $1,500. AIA April 8.
Reighn C. McGeshick, Odanah, charged with OWI (2nd). Signature bond set at $3,000. AIA April 8.
Joseph W. Bellman, Eagle River, is sentenced on revocation of resisting or obstructing an officer to 155 days in jail with 155 days credit; civil judgement of $473.

Friday, March 15

Megan K. Steele, Three Lakes, pleads guilty/no contest to bail jumping-misdemeanor and has charge of disorderly conduct dismissed. WHS/POP one year; pay restitution $3,050. Charge of theft-movable property (<=$2,500)/PTAC is dismissed.
Crystal M. Doxtator, Lac du Flambeau, has charges of IID tampering and operating while revoked dismissed.

Monday, March 18

Adam Van Roy, Rhinelander, charged with attempted second degree sexual assault of a child, attempted child enticement-sexual contact and solicit. Intimate representation from minor. Signature bond set at $10,000. AIA March 25.
Ching Tong Yang, Waupun, charged with battery by prisoners. AIA April 15.
John A. Renn, Gleason, charged with take and drive vehicle without consent. Signature bond set at $3,000. AIA April 22.
Chad C. Wolter, Eagle River, pleads guilty to operating while revoked. Fined $300. Review hearing June 17.
