Electoral College discussion

The League of Women Voters of the Northwoods (LWVNOW) March meeting will be held Tuesday, March 12 at the Minocqua Public Library, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. The meeting will focus on a video presentation on the Electoral College and a discussion of James Michener’s book, “Presidential Lottery: The Reckless Gamble in our Electoral System.”

The meeting is free and open to the public. LWVNOW is a non-partisan organization that seeks to help members and citizens develop educated political opinions and act on them through the democratic process.
