Monday, Feb. 25

Alyah Ashaunte Lee Wayman, Lac du Flambeau, charged with theft-movable property (<=$2,500), disorderly conduct, intentionally give false alarm, resisting or obstructing an officer, and two counts of bail jumping-felony. Signature bond set at $5,000. Preliminary hearing March 11.

Christopher B. Massi, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor and retail theft-intentionally take (<=$500). Signature bond set at $1,500. AIA March 11.

Alan Justin Wescott, Keshena, charged with possession of THC. Signature bond set at $500. AIA March 25.

Ryan S. Trucker, Hazelhurst, pleads guilty to strangulation and suffocation; charges of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse, bail jumping-misdemeanor and bail jumping-felony are dismissed. Pleads guilty/no contest to criminal damage to property; charges of bail jumping and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury are DRI; charge of contact after domestic abuse arrest is dismissed; pleads guilty to amended charge of forgery; ordered to pay $14,867.65 restitution. Sentencing hearing May 3.

Tuesday, Feb. 26

Kenneth J. Shoemaker, Rhinelander, charged with three counts of manufacture/deliver THC (<=200 g), possession of narcotic drugs, manufacture/deliver schedule I, II narcotics, possession with intent-THC (<=200 g) and bail jumping-felony. Cash bond set at $7,500. AIA March 4.

Patrick E. Simon, Monico, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (2nd) and bail jumping-misdemeanor; charge of operating with PAC is dismissed; has charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping-felony dismissed but read in. WHS/POP for 18 months, driver’s license revoked 18 months, IID 12 months, fines and costs totaling $1,469.75. Review hearing June 17. Also enters into DPA on charge of burglary with dangerous weapon/PTAC/Solicitation; charges of encouraging parole violation and resisting or obstructing an officer are dismissed but read in. Review hearing March 9, 2020.

Jered A. Decker, Tomahawk, pleads guilty no contest to possession of THC and OWI (3rd). WHS/POP two years, two years driver’s license revocation and IID; fines and fees $1,784.75; 45 days in jail with Huber and one day credit. Review hearing June 17.

Dory D. Borowski, Three Lakes, has charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor dismissed.

Ryan A. St. Germaine, Lac du Flambeau, enters into DPA on charge of operating while revoked. Review hearing Aug. 12.

Jason R. Tribolet, Merrill, has charges of failing to maintain sex offender registry and sex registry violation dismissed.

Dennis M. Verhagen, Little Chute, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (4th). WHS/POP two years; two years driver’s license revocation and IID; fined and fees $1,918.50; 100 days in jail with Huber.

Wednesday, Feb. 27

Carol L. Shinkan, Arbor Vitae, charged with OWI (3rd). Signature bond set at $3,500. Review hearing March 25.

Justin Tyler Sukup, Weston, pleads guilty to bail jumping-misdemeanor; charges of criminal trespass to dwelling and obstructing justice are dismissed. Sentenced to two months in jail with two months credit.

Kristin M. Cibulka, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to resisting or obstructing an officer; charge of substantial battery-intend bodily harm/domestic abuse is dismissed. Sentenced to three days in jail with three days credit, fined $379. Review hearing May 13.

Jacob J. Larson, Rhinelander, pleads guilty to amended charge of municipality disorderly conduct; charge of battery is dismissed. Fined $263.50.

Ryan J. Singer, Rhinelander, has charges of theft-movable property (<=$2,500) and possession of narcotic drugs dismissed following fulfillment of DPA.

Thursday, Feb. 28

Michelle L. James, Woodruff, charged with possession of methamphetamine and manufacture/deliver amphetamine (<=3 g). Cash bond set at $750. AIA March 18.

Dustin R. Grant, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to resisting or obstructing an officer; charge of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse is dismissed. Fines and fees $579. Review hearing April 22.

Friday, March 1, 2019

Stephan M. Nemetz, Hatley, pleads guilty/no contest to operating while revoked and IID tampering/failure to install; has charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor dismissed. WHS/POP 12 months, 10 days in jail with 10 days credit; fined $400.

Bradley R. Brewer, Rhinelander, has charge of operating while revoked dismissed.

Ryan M. Garza, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to resisting or obstructing an officer and bail jumping misdemeanor; charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct are dismissed. Seven months in jail with Huber and 131 days credit.

Kevin L. Kaufman, Merrill, pleads guilty/no contest to failing to maintain sex offender registry. WHS/POP 12 months; fines and fees $579. Review hearing June 17.

Kirk R. Konicke, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA March 18.

 

Monday, March 4

Jeffrey P. Rupert, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (5th or 6th). Cash bond set at $250. AIA April 1.

Anna L. Johnson, Eagle River, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Cash bond set at $650. AIA Apri l1.

Andrew S. Alsteen, Tomahawk, charged with OWI (2nd). Signature bond set at $1,500. AIA April 1.

Jeanette E. Burns, Eagle River, charged with operating while revoked. Signature bond set at $500. AIA April 1.

Paul S. Osterman, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set at $1,500. AIA April 8.

Ronald J. Emmerich Jr., Arbor Vitae, charged with bail jumping-misdemeanor. Signature bond set at $2,500. AIA March 5.

John W. McGuane, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping-felony. Signature bond set at $2,500. AIA April 1.

Daniel R. Resch, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (2nd). Signature bond set at $1,500. AIA April 1.
