A special Valentine’s Day treat was hosted Thursday by the Rhinelander District Library. Gaelic harpist Jeff Pockat shared stories and music in the library’s meeting room to an appreciative audience.

Pockat is self-taught harp musician and composer and performs traditional and original pieces on an ancient wire-strung Celtic harp. He performs at a variety of venues throughout the year. Photos by Eileen Persike.
