Skating, Sledding and S’mores: 5-8 p.m., Pipke Park west of Presque Isle. Skate and sled under the lights. Free and family friendly event includes a bonfire, s’mores, hot cocoa, coffee and cookies. Parent/Tot Time: 10 a.m., Thursdays, Rhinelander District Library. Twenty-minute program for ages two to three-and-a-half accompanied by an adult. Also Story Time at 10 a.m., Thursdays, Rhinelander District Library. A 40-minute program for ages three-and-a-half to six. Valentine’s Day Concert: 1-3 p.m., Rhinelander District Library presents Jeff Pockat, Gaelic Harpist, storyteller and musical historian performs in the lower level of the library. Sponsored in part by the Northern Arts Council. Hosted by Rhinelander District Library Friends of the Library.
