Obituary: Richard Marquardt
Richard Marquardt, age 84 of Rhinelander, died Monday, Sept.24, 2018, in Rhinelander. He was born July 7, 1934, in Rhinelander to Harold and Marie (Petersen) Marquardt.
Richard is survived by his wife, Janet; daughters, Katherine Klement, Tamara Marquardt-Hook and Elizabeth Halverson; sons, Gregory (Alice), Jeffery (Diane), Randal, Karl (Rita), Mitchell, and Timothy; many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Gloria Jean and his brother, Butch.
Visitation for Richard will be held 9-11 a.m., Monday, Oct. 8, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m., all at the Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church with Fr. Kevin Farrell officiating. Interment will follow in the Northland Memorial Park Cemetery. (Carlson Funeral Home)
